Totally confused. Windows 8

Constantly having problems

I think that it may have something to do with the software that has been installed. When browsing the internet with explorer I have nonstop problems. This is unacceptable for a brand new computer to come with such terrible software. I regret my purchase every time I log on. If there is a solution please tell me.
