Of course, with time, things do wear out, but that's life, so I go back to Best Buy and buy new things. I am always happy with my purchases at Best buy. If anything does go wrong, I know they will fix it for me.

Not the best PC available.

I think it's worse than my old one!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this PC because my old one (5 years old) was getting super slow, locking-up, and giving me the blue screen of death and just shutting itself off. This new one is slower than the old one! If I have more than a few tabs open while browsing, it locks-up and freezes. Getting very tired of watching the little blue spinning circle for 10 minutes straight (literally - 10 minutes!) . Only thing I can do is shut it off and re-boot. Very unhappy with this purchase.
