This computer is a complete waste of money! It locks up and randomly shuts down constantly. I will never buy another HP product. I have a 10yr old Computer that I have gone back to instead of using this heap. Programs load slow, Internet surfing is horribly slow, overall performance is abismal. Do not buy, spend the extra money and buy something better.

Best Buys sales clerk very knowledgeable and assuring computer would be easy to hook up and set up.

Not very many desktops out there. Love the fact they had a HP available. Very pleased.

I had trouble with this device ever since I purchased it four months ago (OS errors; hard drive problems) and Best Buy replaced it with another (same style) one month ago and it started doing the same thing as the first one. Best Buy allowed me a credit to purchase a Dell which is working perfectly. Poorly designed, waste of money.

I got the first system and with in 2 days was getting a blue screen "Thread error" on video's exchanged it and then got the second system. With in 24 hours it started doing that as well! I called the "Geek squad" they suggested a recovery. I did that and IT's worse! :( Returning the second one this weekend and getting a Refund!

I was told that this computer was wireless compatible. It showed online and on the box and in the instructions that it was wireless compatible, it was not. I called Acer and was told "models vary" and that basically, it was the luck of the draw that mine was not. I will not be purchasing an Acer product again.

Had bestbuy "optimize" it, bought trend and office, had tbem install, paid big money fp "geek squad protection " machine Ran for a month, now won't even start up, wife cannot carry in, am out of town on job, no computer.

I'm very disappointed in this computer and Best Buy employees for not explaining that this computer can only be upgraded with a new HDD or memory. I purchased an SSD and can't even install it. I wish I could return it.

This is a great machine at a great value. It is plenty fast enough for me with 8GB of memory and the 2TB hard drive is more than I will ever need. It boots up fast and runs multiple programs with no issues at all. I do a lot of downloading and this computer handles that with no issues at all. I strongly recommend this machine for anyone needing a standard home computer for an office or just to play around on.

The Geek Squad is the best part of the deal. He was extremely helpful in showing me all about the computer, transferring files from the old one, etc.

We have had nothing but problems with this computer. Slow, slow, slow. The first time I turned it on, it was already infected, pop ups, jump from one site to another without even moving the mouse, the TV show"good times" started playing?????????

Very slow processing data. I have had problems since purchase and have returned my first one after 2 days of use. The replacement model is not working at all after one month of use. The computer now is now back in it's box and ready for disposal.
