Coming from a small computer too a big computer has open a new world.

I love it and salesman was great. Got me exactly what I wanted.

This computer didn't work right after 2 weeks, and the 15 day return policy needs to updated to at least 30 days. All I wanted was my money back, but had to settle with another computer. 15 day return policy is not a good policy and the man who works at the Geek Squad dept. said that was policy. I am not a satisfied customer..................

has a mind of its own, it moves icons around on its own, it like to just start singing, not a fan !

I regret my buy. This computer keeps crashing and crashing, Windows 8.1 and Explorer8 are a mess. I will never buy again an HP computer.

I have had this computer for less than one year. Since then, it has been sent back to the manufacturer three times for warranty repairs. The Ethernet card and mother board have failed working each time. This is a complete waste of money and time. Save yourself the heartache and don't buy this computer.

This product is great to use as a shared family computer. It is not a gaming computer by any stretch but for everyday movie viewing, emailing, etc. It is a good buy.

I bought the computer in late November, 2014 and in February, 2015 the motherboard died. Geek Squad sent it in to be repaired, it came back with the wrong internal wireless internet card (they replaced that too). It was sent back again, and once more the Geek Squad service center put in the wrong wireless internet card. One should note before buying this computer is that it is a laptop in a desktop case which contributed to the repair confusion. It is best for basic office use. It cannot handle much in the line of gaming and does a decent job at video streaming. If you want a desktop with desktop parts stay away from this computer. If you are looking to use mostly Microsoft Office than it should work fine. However, you had better hope you don't need to send it in for repair because the laptop parts apparently confuse the service center. Best Buy ended up refunding me for the purchase of this computer since it was tied up for over a month with Geek Squad putting in the wrong parts.

Got this as a present and has done what we need i wish it had hdmi instead of dvi but made it work with a adapter and audio cable and some more expand ability. moves lighting fast and works great on my Vizio tv

Very good for everyday uses. Not For Gaming!!! Do not buy if You are a gamer.

This tower rocks! I put some time in researching and it paid off. My faith in HP, COMPLETELY RESTORED! They're back to being a leader in technology and innovation. My only complaint is windows 8.1. But, that'll be fixed with windows 10 soon enough. :)

I have a customer who bought two of these for a small business. They appear to be somewhat sluggish for the specifications. We just discovered the wired ethernet is not a Gigabit, but only 10/100 speed, in a new PC in 2015! How much money did HP save? Then we discovered that the are NO expansion slots, so we cannot purchase and add-on card to correct the issue, or any other ones in the future!

Just purchased this computer a few days ago, already the wifi card has completely disappeared, it is broken, did a hard reset and it still didn't come back even with the factory settings and the hard drive cleaned; so I broke down and hooked it up via ethernet. The only selling point on this machine is the 2TB hard drive. Windows 8.1 is a dog, horrible, childlike operating system without much depth to it.

Bought this tower in a package twice. I live with computer experts who concluded that the computer was broken after two weeks with it. It would freeze when running an Internet browser and have to be rebooted. I couldn't get anything done and if I stepped away from it - just for a minute - it would freeze. So I returned TWO of these towers. Must be a bad batch. The 800 # was great but referred me to the store. The customer service received at the Issaquah, WA location by the GM was horrendous. He "documented" me doing things that I didn't do then threatened to have me arrested if I went to his store. Then, best buy deducted an unauthorized payment from my bank account - for a broken computer that I no longer have! Unbelievable.

Disappointed. Goes from web site to web site OK. But, slow to down load and videos are jerky at best. Maybe all the "junk" that comes with it. I fell I need to upgrade the video card if it's even possible? I see it says "integrated" what ever that means?

Always buy HP, reliable. Good deal. Still working great.
