I had to replace my old computer (the one that I use for business). I had it for 6 years. It was an HP Pavillon. I checked my options and found this model at a very good price and since I knew how good HP computers are, I didn't hesitate to get it. I'm very happy with my decision. It's perfect not only for my business but also for my media files. I love its capacity and the memory ram it has. When I'm working I like listening to my music and that doesn't slow down my scanning nor my emails. Great purchase!

Bought this desktop to use with a graphics program. It's fast and so far have no complaints. It was easy to set up. The mouse & keyboard that comes with it is wired and seems cheap. So those two items are not being used.

I bought this computer for my 13 yr old son. It's only been a month, but so far he's been able to play all of his games, do school research, and he's even gotten into rendering some animation. It's been great for him.

Put to work in accounting office, workers loved the computer and very happy with speed of downloads and ease of set-up.

It is very nice and powerful desktop, it is much faster than my laptop. And its price is much lower than my laptop.

Fair computer for a fair price, bought it to replace dead previous model. Doesn't seem to have all the features of the model it replaced.. Not a gamer, only use it for office work and it does the job.

I have really enjoyed this computer as it is much faster than my previous unit. It also runs very quietly.

After looking localy for a new rig to replace an aging one for a department with our Non Profit organization Best Buy had a great computer on sale at a great price. No need to order one on line.

Were told the computer has Office, but not told we had to buy "permission " to use past 30 days. Then had to call Geek Squad to get it to work. Also told McAfee was included, but not that it was a trial. Now have to pay more to continue using. We were going to return it, but were past the deadline. Better review your training manual or make sure your staff has accurate information. I usually refer friends to Best Buy, but am hesitant to do so, now.

Computer runs fast, great graphics and suits my everyday need

I purchased a computer for my wife which she loves. For me I was very pleased with the associate that helped me. He also explained the advantage of the service agreement. Which I have already used for my laptop. The members of the Geek Squad that helped me there were : Check-in-agent was Scott, My Repair Agent was Evan, and the Check Out Agent was Brad. All of these people were very helpful and professional..

great speed, easy to use, power to spare, looks great

Bought this for my stepdaughter. Replaced HDD with SSD, didnt cooperate with the software, but got it to work. Only has 2 Sata ports, and no other slots for cards. Very basic computer, and will be fine for her, but dont expect much other than that. Speed is fine, and everything works fine.
