This was computer I wanted especially since could hookup monitor with HDMI and older VGA system! very similar to my 2019 WIN10 pavilion but this had more RAM, faster processor and 1TB of SSD (vs. mechanical hard drive). But were a lot of issues buying thru Best Buy and won't anymore. They would sell me the computer and then say out of stock and cancel it. 2x happened but finally received one. 1st time they cancelled the order within 12 hours were showing available and re-ordered! Then went to HP to get HP (better than geek squad who I called & person had no clue what was covered) extended warranty and HP said was out of warranty (check when you get your computer first thing, since was told seems happen a lot. Make sure you get the 1 year valid warranty)- took HP 3 days to fix that (almost sent it back) but HP made it right. No BB support on all this. I believe this is an older manufactured computer (HP did say was brand new though just don't manufacture Pavilions). But again was exactly what i wanted and all is working well. I was glad 2 older programs I had actually downloaded onto Win11. Was told, by vender of remote camera I bought in past, wouldn't work as did google but it did. If you are like me would suggest google a couple of how to setup u-tubes to figure out how to set up before you start up the computer. Still running WIN 10 thru a switch and does seem to work well both of them. Now that 2 programs work on this computer (I was afraid of loosing) will eventually go 100% to WIN11. Still trouble with Microsoft office home & business outlook 2024. No real support once you buy a computer/software and tech folks don't seem to know much but basics. Google helps some. Price was high for older model computer though. My rating overall was lower due to my BB experience not the computer. Even wrote corporate but they never responded! Would have been better if could of had options to get 2 TB of SSD, but if need more memory can buy external drives. Like the lots of USB ports in front easy to access (and enough in back to not have wires in front) but also wish had CD drive installed. This does not have one even though looks like has a port in front. Don't be fooled it doesn't. External CD one I have worked sporadically but was able to eventually download software from it. My 10 year old HP monitor and dell speakers worked off this computer and so did my 2019 HP wireless key board so plus. My switch works well, with some minor adjustments on WIN11 resolution but having WIN10 set up I could toggle back and forth and see what settings on WIN10 were. Also you only get in the box: computer, plug, wireless mouse and keyboard, batteries for them. You are on your own for monitor, speakers hookups for them. Just too bad about best buy service (store, chat or phone). I bought my first DOS computer from BB in 1992 and the staff were knowledgeable and very service oriented. No more!

I wanted an HP and it had to be a desktop, it's just what I prefer. I hadn't bought a brand new in box one for quite a while, have been buy "refurbished" (not always a wise choice) - This is my first Windows 11 - and I think I did well. For the money - this HP Pavillion Desktop is making me happy! It does everything I need it to do and then some. EXCELLENT Price! I recommend this even though people told me not to buy it, they were wrong!

This HP Pavilion desktop is fantastic. It was very easy to setup, has a ton of storage and is very fast.

This machine is surprisingly great, especially if you are looking to buy a desktop for your office. The Ryzen 7 chip is fast, and 16GB of memory are enough. However, 1TB SSD is not enough, especially if you have a lot of files and apps installed. Overall, great buy!

Sleek look-fits nicely in my computer desk. Good speed for searching sites or other work. Plenty of memory with this model. Overall pleased with this model.

For what I need I give it 5 stars. Replaced an old Sluggish 7 year old Dell Inspiron. Husband kept telling me I needed a SSD in my PC and I had researched in the past and it was too expesnive. Then I saw this deal on sale for $659 and asked my husband if it was a good deal and he said yes and looked up all the specs and bought us each one. He had an old 7 or 8 year old pc also. So far it's fast and for just doing email web surfing and watching videos it's great! I already had a nice 27 inch HP monitor that I love. So now I am good to go! We don't game so this is all we need. I didn't care about no CD drive hubby kind of wanted one. But so far so good but it's only been like 2 or 3 weeks. We had windows 10 so 11 wasn't too much different but I like it. I like the start menu and having shortcuts there and not covering up the whole desktop.

HP desktop computer was only set up a week ago. To date, we are very pleased with the system. I purchased the HP desktop to replace a previous HP desktop that was 5-6 years old and running very slow. This system is very quick and responsive. It is windows 11, and though I was concerned that we would have trouble using it, so far, we have had few issues. I had the Geek Squad set it up, and the technician was excellent.

This tower replaced an older pc that has an hdd hard drive so this one is much faster! It has great memory and the speed is awesome. My mom uses this for work where she uses Quickbooks for payroll purposes. We back up all files but she likes saving them directly on the pc as well so this is very convenient. We don't use it for gaming so can't comment on that. But if you need a good, affordable computer for small business, work, school, or general web use, this is a great choice. It does not come with a disc drive. We needed one so bought one for $25 and it connected seamlessly, plug and play.

So far so good. Had a bad experience with a previous version of this harddrive but giving it a second chance. Very easy to set up and so far absolutely no issues! I think good price.

The computer overall is very good. It is fast and robust with ample RAM, 1TB SSD-Me hard drive, and superior processor. I had to add an external DVD drive because there is not one and no good place to mount one internally. It came with windows 11 already installed so it took some effort to make it work with my windows 10 printer. The cordless mouse and keyboard are OK BUT they require batteries that must be changed periodically. I went back to my original corded ones without any problem. Windows 11 comes with Onedrive installed by default. Be sure you know what you are getting into before you add any personal data to the computer. It is difficult to get it off of the cloud.

I purchased this HP Desktop computer to replace a Dell my household has been using since the early 2000's. I am not a super technical person, and this was extremely easy for me to get set up and working. There are plenty of ports to plug in my printers, scanner, etc, and it looks very sleek sitting on my desk. It's amazingly fast, and I wish I would have purchased one sooner.

I have bought this same desktop twice, one to have in my office and other upstairs in my bedroom, I work and do a lot online and these are probably the best desktops I've had in the 30 years or so I've had a computer. Works fast, reliable, *knock on wood* no issues with either the past couple years I've had them.

So far so good. I needed a new HP for the sole reason that Microsoft was going to stop supporting Windows 8.1 which I loved. I had no choice but to upgrade. I loved my last HP and had no issues with it for 10 and a half year's so I expect the same here. This machine has more memory so everything runs/opens smoothly with no hesitation. I knew tis didn't come with a CD/DVD which was annoying so I had to get a external one for $30. Not bad but annoying. There appears to be a slot for a drive in the front so maybe a more expensive model comes with it? Check it out first.

My HP has 16GB which makes it more efficient than my older model. My only surprise is that it didn't come with a CD drive (my fault - it's been 8+ years since I purchased a PC). It is also smaller in size than my old model which is a good thing. I like being with the HP family - a symbol of quality.

Runs amazing very fast loving it plus loads fast with easy setup.
