Always Satisfied with HP

It was still running great. But with Microsoft no longer supporting it come January I thought that it was time to upgrade. So far I am extremely happy with this HP product. Fast, easy to use, and so small compared to the old one. For the price you can't go wrong.

Not what I expected

There was a lot of bloatware and it does not have a true SSD. It is really a cache. After an hour with remote support trying to address multiple issues, it was recommended that I return the unit to the store. The tech at the store confirmed that there were issues with this unit. After discussing my concerns with the Geek Squad I upgraded to a gaming PC that was on sale which gave me everything that I wanted for about the same price. The Geek Squad setup my new unit and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

All that he needs

He has had no problem operating it and it is just everything that he needs to get his work and play done.
