When I decided it was time for a new home desktop I tried to do my homework and research what was available in my price range. I will have to admit I was a bit sceptical when I purchased this computer. I was looking at some of the more pricey options when I came across this deal in the best buy add. I decided to give it a try and I'm absolutely satisfied with the performance of this slim line pc. The sales associate was very helpful and worked with me in a timely matter to get my purchase completed. I am not a gamer nor am I inclined to do a lot of out of the ordinary functions on my pc. So for me it was a great choice and very economically priced to meet my needs.

Quick , big hard drive and great price. Not loaded with bloat ware .

This is a good computer anyway you look at it. I shocked myself at how easy I had it hooked up. (Maybe 10 minutes). I have had no problems with it. Also the HP support called to make sure everything went smoothly and even helped me hook up my old HP copier to it. That left a very good taste in my mouth about HP, after I had a hard time with copier. But the computer itself is very nice. Better than I expected. Also I would recommend PC to anyone who needs a new machine!

always been an HP fan and having this much memory and being a slimline gives both hard drive room and desk room for all my video editing needs.

HP slimline is small and works great. For the price it is a good value.

I purchased the HP Pavilion Slimline 400 and what attracted me to it was how slim it was compared to how big original style are. I love it. It does not take up to much space, easy to move, and works perfectly. If your looking for something that does not take up much space, easy to move, and attractive design then I would recommend looking into getting one of these.

When my old computer died a couple years ago, I went into panic mode. I don't like changing technology, especially when forced to do so suddenly, but this computer was awesome. I loved it so much that I have now purchased 3. Coming from an earlier version of Windows, there was a slight learning curve, but once I got it, everything was smooth. It is fast and easy to use and I can't think of anything I'd change about it.

I needed to replace my 6-year old desktop and chose this model based on size and cost. Very happy with the new speed and reliability.

I needed a new computer but didn't want to pay for an expensive one. It does great. Sufficient for basic needs. I use this for word processing, online needs and editing photos in Lightroom. I'm happy with it for sure. We already had 2 monitors, keyboard and a mouse, so this was a fantastic solution.

Just what I needed to get my small business started and I was able to get a package deal with a printer.

Have not had this product very long, but it has been very reliable for the price paid. Quick processing, occasionally keyboard has slow response, but not enough times to warrant action. I'm thinking it may be the program being used at the time as opposed to the keyboard. Overall, very pleased

This HP-PC has great speed, lots of memories, and it very easy to operate. I highly recommend.

Needed a tower to replace the home computer. I shopped for about two weeks trying to find something that was the right price and had all the features I wanted. I could not find anything that met my criteria. While I was searching, Best Buy put a tower on sale through the daily deal email. The reviews and price were good ,so I bought this one. It was easy to connect and all the accessories from my old computer were compatible with this tower. I know some.people do not like Windows 8. It works fine for me . Windows 8 in my opinion is very similar to some smart phones , so it was easier to navigate for me. I have two small complaints. The fan is too loud and the processing speed seems slower than it should be. Still would buy it again at that price.

Hesitant at first to go with Windows 8.1 but getting used to it quickly. Our old computer died and we had to replace quickly, when we saw the Best Buy ad for this computer. It was a great price with double the RAM of our old computer and 1T HD capacity, more than adequate.

i have only recently purchased this computer, so i can't say if it'll hold up and be all i've dreamed about, but so far so good. it's compact and has a huge hard drive and a good amount of memory. if it fails me, i'll revise this, but for now it seems good.

I love this pc. Its so small and has such great speed. I thought I would not be able to manage windows 8.1 so easily and a free upgrade to 10 is on its way in July I think. It is very quiet and cool. All of the other PCs I have owned gave off such heat and were fairly loud running. I had free shipping and it was supposed to arrive in 6 days but came to the door the next day.

I bought this computer to replace an old one that had nothing but trouble and have not been disappointed. This computer is fast and works well with no problems...I hate windows 8 but what can you do I just have to suck it up and deal with it but other then that I recommend this to the buyers.

I love it with 8GB memory and 1TB hard drive...can't beat the price!
