Previously had a HP Pavilion Slimline for just over 5 years. Hard drive went bad so decided to just purchase another one. So far I am pleased but it seems to be a littler slower than my previous one.

My old HP was as good as a dinosaur. I always get nervous when I have to upgrade, I am not a computer genius, but can find my way around. Setting up the new HP was easy, I had a tough time learning the Windows 8, but quickly became accustomed to it. This is perfect for home use (and I do a little office work).

This is way faster than my previous computer with lots more of storage and speed, better performance overall.

Was looking for an easy, seamless upgrade for my parents old vista machine, which in fact was a pavilion slim line desktop as well, bestbuy having the identical looking machine with win10 upgrade made this much easier to integrate for mom and dad who "dont like change" great customer service!!

this is a very nice pc for browsing the web watching videos very sleek quit but video card is not able to run video games so if you want to game get a better pc or invest in a graphic card.

Computer needed lots of updates when first turned on (144) and would not install them all until the updater was repaired. Also has screen and mouse freezes that require a hard shut-down.

The only thing I don't like is the set up of the USB ports and the SD card slot is so deep you need tweezers to get your card back out after you place it in. other than that all is good.

This is a great computer, must get used to windows 8 since I've never used it. I was however, a little disappointed to discover there is no audio. I was able to find a good quality set of speakers for a very reasonable price.

Purchased this as a home computer. Inexpensive and has dual video outputs so was able to setup multiple monitors on this which is nice!

I was hesitant to replace my older desktop computer with one that had the 8.1 operating system, but after a short learning curve I really like it. The computer itself gives us the increased operating speed that was needed.

Started it up with ease and programs work with ease learning some of the new programming takes a little getting use to but worked threw it all

I am very happy with my HP - Pavilion Slimline Desktop. Its quick and easy enough for my 6 year old to navigate with great parental settings. So far a perfect family computer.

Found myself in a rush to replace an old tower and chose this on the fly. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and always enjoy working with the staff at my local Best Buy.

Bought this desktop for my father thinking it would be scalable; it isn't. the microboard processor wasn't expected, and the employee helping us had less of a clue about the computer than my mom, who doesn't even speak english! Got it home and set it up fine, and it does what he needs in a computer; email, websurfing, but that's about it.

This was a real good choice for us. We just love our new computer. It was a great price and we really needed a new one. We are happy with all the different new things that are offered with the Windows 8.1.

i really have enjoyed my new hp computer. this is my 4th hp computer I've bought. I trust this brand and will stick with it. the only thing I don't like is the Windows 8. It's not as easy for me to get where I want to as Windows 7. But I will learn to adjust to it.

My HP Pavilion is fast, boots up in less than 2 minutes & is ready to go! I've gone from Windows Vista to Windows 8.1 & dumped Internet Explorer 9 for Google Chrome. The difference is unbelievable, I wish I had made this Ultimate Upgrade much sooner!!

After many years of owning a laptop we decided to purchase a desktop for our home office. Great investment with the HP - Pavilion . Love the ease of programs. Windows is very easy to maneuver.

Bought this as a back-up computer. Used hard drive as a backup to my main computer and hooked into a tv as a monitor to watch Netflix. Very handy.

Great computer for home use does everything we need. Works a lot faster than our previous computer.
