Sometimes it freezess when im surfing, I dont know if the causes is the webroot virus thing or what. I prefer the windows 7 it easy to used.

Bought this as an emergency replacement after a fatal hard drive crash on my old machine. It is running Windows Office and my accounting software with no issues. The only drawback is it has less USB ports than my old machine.

I have not finished learning all that is involved with this computer. But to date I do love the fast connection and the on and off. Good sound easy to manuver some of the programs but not all that is why I am still learning.

This is the third one I've purchased because I like it so much. When other computers needed to be replaced, this was an easy decision to make because I love the one I got a couple years ago and the second was just as great.

I needed this for my high school student, and it works well for the work she does for school.

packs a punch and is very fast for a smaller tower. I would recommend it to friends.

purchased this Hp desktop about 45 days ago from this posting and i am a bit disappointed in time it takes web pages to load. It appears that a typical web page with about 25-50% video contents takes anywhere from 30 secs to up to 2 mins to fully load. I have a laptop that i purchased 4yrs ago and it loads pages way faster than this new desktop, in which both runs off of the same wi-fi modem.

Most impressed with the compact size. Least impressed with the cheap keyboard.

I like the compact slimline style and it packs just as much power as the full size model. Fits nicely by my desk.

We purchased this computer for light, home use. We have found it very easy for beginners to setup and operate.

Every thing moves smoothly. This is my first computer with Windows 8 and had very little problems adjusting.

Mostly trying to get used to Windows 8 and remembering all the passwords!! Geek Squad has been helpful.

This is a very good product and I would recommend it highly. It has very good speed and functionality.

After having AT&T out here several days in a row for a connectivity issue, it was determined that the Ethernet port was defective, so they set up the wireless connection....no issues since. The mouse has frozen a couple of times and the system had to be rebooted. Luckily, I purchased the extended warranty and will take it back for service when time permits.

I use the computer for personal email and correspondence and also for office work relating to several professional associations and voluntary activities. It serves me very well.
