I love this computer. I was looking for something I could take with me in my backpack anywhere, something I could use to do my craft projects and to use for work. It met all of my needs and more. I highly recommend this computer!

I selected the computer on line with the features that I wanted, I ordered it on Sunday morning before church and it was delivered to my home on the very same day that night at 8:36PM. Amazing service and a good price for my computer.

Love this bad boy! It lets me video chat and watch tv and browse the web all at once! & it's touch screen!?!?!?! Love it! The sound is the only thing I can complain about. It's not too loud but that can be easily fixed with a speaker.

My fiancé loves his computer! He literally carries it around with him around the house. It’s super Fast compared to the previous laptop. The flip function is something he’s still getting used to. But overall, I want one myself.

I was surprised that you don't really need a mouse with this computer. I'm glad it's touchscreen enabled and that it can also be used like a tablet because you can flip the keyboard back (yoga).

The laptop is great for a beginner. I bought this for my mom’s online english classes. The touch screen is a plus! The laptop folds back and will resemble a tablet, but you will feel a weight difference compared to a tablet.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. When I opened it to get it charged, I actually really liked it. It’s a 2 in 1 and touchscreen, really great features. The price was excellent as well. She enjoyed her Christmas gift

I'm using it right now !! So much more convenient than the desktop that I also have. I just need to dedicate a external drive for storage and uploading from other devices. This replaced my Acer chromebook.

So far, so good. Had it for a few months. Bought it for the sole purpose of running Cubase for a mobile DAW. It has done that surprisingly well. Pushes a large, Dell touchscreen and seems to run 100+ track projects with large numbers of plugins and virtual instruments: something like 16 instances of Kontakt. Pretty impressive. Low latency, so tracking through amp sims and VSTi instances has been smooth. Routine tasks are not even worth discussing, as they are non-issues. It's a very good little machine. Love the tablet aspect and being able to fold it over, backwards makes it great for my VESA mount. Good battery life and adequately appointed, in terms of extra ports, etc.... Not generally a fan of HP, but this is a capable, elegant unit at a decent price point.

I’m not an experienced laptop user, but have found this very easy to use. I prefer the numeric keyboard on the right, but have adjusted quite well. I’m very happy with this product & would definitely recommend it.

Computer is not as user friendly as I expected. We paid extra for geek squad assistance and tech support to transfer data from our old computer. Very little data was transferred and no pictures were transferred at all after they had the computers for 3 or 4 days!! We were then told to call some phone number for tech support help and then that person told us we had to go buy a special connection cable in order to do the transfer. Again- we paid extra for them to do this at the store and had to set up a specific appointment to drop off the computers and THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB!! When my husband went back to the store he was told they could not help us. Well- then you should not have charged us for this service!! BBB has been made aware of our experience!

This laptop I awesome. I recommend it to anyone who comes to buy it and it is one of the best purchases I've ever made. The battery life is a little spotty but the awesomeness of it makes up for it.

This product is very easy to adapt to and learn new things about the product. The screen clarity is great. Easy to find and locate things. Connected easily to our other recent printer purchase. No complaints.

Great little portable laptop for people on the go. If your browsing and do some microsoft office this is perfect for you!!! Especially children that are online schooling!!!! Don't let this great laptop slip away!!!!!

The laptop is very good and easy to set up. The gift I received cannot be downloaded unless I take it off S Mode, which in my opinion is defeating the purpose of protection. Useless gift if it can't be used.

The computer is super fast,alot of storage capacity and easy to carry. Not bad for the price when you're on a budget. I like the silver exterior look,overall the computer is good quality. I highly recommend.

I love this laptop. I use it everyday for my work and it performs beautifully. Battery does run down after about 6 hours, faster if you are video conferencing but it charges quickly. Great buy!

Works great for more office type work. Screen resolution for streaming isn't the greatest. Touch screen is very responsive. Great size and light for carrying.

Bought this for my wife, she absolutely loves it. The screen quality is pretty good and is a touch screen. Its used for mostly watching movies and music. Gives her the availability to get work done as well.
