I have owned this brand for years. This is the worst model and would not recommend this to anyone.

Description shows case and cable for charging. Fou d the cable but still looking for the case. Had a case for my 5220 but the 50 doesn't work with the case, would. E nice to bave the case they said is included. Also it does not answer the phone when you tell it to after the announcement.

My current work earpiece by the same brand, a $60 model, outperforms this device considerably. The audio quality on this unit is exceptionally poor; both my voice and those of others sound 'tinny' or 'muffled,' and the volume output is inadequate even at its highest volume. I would not recommend this one until they update the quality of it.
