I was excited for this update coming from the 5200. FINALLY a bigger battery and USB-C but those are the only positives On the DOWNSIDE, volume is low, NO CALLER ID announcement, answer/ignore doesn't work well, there was no BT adapter or charging case as the product states is included.

I wear hearing aids and unfortunately the phone call streaming through my hearing aids is very poor quality. I purchased this and it works great. I take 1 hearing aid out and replace with the Poly Voyager Legend. Comfortable phone chats now!

I have to say I love this headset. It’s comfortable and you can hear so clearly. The reason I gave it 3 stars and not five is I have had to turn them in so often because they short out to easily!!! You can hear the person but they cant hear you or vice versa. Its aggravating.

Bought this because I had some important calls when I was traveling and my normal noise canceling earphones weren’t doing the trick to block out the noise. Similar look and feel and now has USB C. Worked on all of my calls.

Stays put on ear. At certain times the volume can not be set as high as needed.

Seriously, the battery lasts forever, super convenient! And the mic is surprisingly clear, great for calls and meetings.

I was told talk time was 10 hours however the most I got was 7 hours. The sound was very clear.

This is the most I ever paid for a bluetooth headset. So far, volume is great, setup easy and comfortable. I've had 15 Bluetooth headsets and I only get about 6 months to a year before they sound like they are underwater or have zero volume. Ask me in a year.

This is my favorite headset because I can move the wand up when I'm not speaking to someone. Also, I can put it over my ear without having it into my ear when I'm not on a call. It has a mute button on the wand that is very easy to use. Everyone says they hear me clearly. I have had some in the past that broke apart at the silver ring where you can turn the earpeice and wand the other direction enabling it to be used in either ear. Full discloser, it may have also broken because it was put into my purse without care. I would buy it again. Thank you!

Crystal clear great connection comfortable no complaints

I'm liking this new version of the product. I previously had the 5200 version and it had lots of problems such as the person at the other end of the call couldn't hear you if you leaned back or laid down while talking. This new version seems to have fixed all those problems and I am very pleased with it. It's a little more expensive than the 5200 but worth it.

This feels nice, sound good and quality is excellent.

I use this device every day at work. The background noise rejection and sound quality is good. It could be a little louder, but it’s still good.

Perfect device, no notes. I've had several of these headsets and this is by far the best. Long battery life, doesn't catch my beard hairs in the mic boom like previous models.
