This is the most I ever paid for a bluetooth headset. So far, volume is great, setup easy and comfortable. I've had 15 Bluetooth headsets and I only get about 6 months to a year before they sound like they are underwater or have zero volume. Ask me in a year.

I wear hearing aids and unfortunately the phone call streaming through my hearing aids is very poor quality. I purchased this and it works great. I take 1 hearing aid out and replace with the Poly Voyager Legend. Comfortable phone chats now!

Great sound and battery lasts almost twice as long as my other plantronics and other Brand Bluetooth

I previously owned the Poly Voyager 5200. This Legend 50 was a warranty replacement. Not very happy with it, the 5200 would announce the callers name of my incoming calls. This Legend just says “incoming” . and when giving the command to answer the call sometimes it will not answer. I hope they are still making the 5200’s not pleased with the Legend. But It does a good job blocking background noises

I've had every model of this Bluetooth headset and I think this one has the worst connection issues. The battery is great but it has. It needs work that impressed

Is a very good product, but it is so young, It frequently disconnects from the phone's Bluetooth, I'm waiting for firmware updates.

I use this device every day at work. The background noise rejection and sound quality is good. It could be a little louder, but it’s still good.

Good bluetooth works pretty well. Sometimes it takes a little bit to connect to phone but otherwise happy with purchase

I bought this because I've always loved my Plantronics headsets starting from the very first legend.Unfortunately they just get worse with every new model.this legend 50 cancels noise great but also cancels part of your voice in everyday talk.and if you turn off the ai, your voice sounds good ,but does not block the noise.I will stick with the 5200.brought this one back.

Best hands free headset device on the market, lightweight, works well, noise canceling is amazing! Sometimes I forget I’m wearing it!

Them being mono was the biggest issue. However they were not good for zoom calls

The sound quality is very nice and allows for very easy understanding of speech through the earphone. The microphone is very clear and captures my own voice very clearly. The only issue that I have with it is that the earpiece and all the adjustable sizes do fit a bit oddly.

The volume is not very high. It does not always announce the name or number or incoming calls.

Excellent, can hear the person i talk to clearly, holds charge for long hours.

I always wear the blue tooth. Have had many brands. The “POLY” works so well… fits and does eliminate the background noise. Especially important in the car. The caller does not hear the road & car background noise. This Bluetooth has a feature to say the word “ answer” when you receive a call. This way you don’t have to touch anything. Just keep on working with your hands. This is probably my favorite feature.

I purchased this because the previous wireless headset quit charging after only a few months of use, and it was past the return time in your Best Buy store. This one works very well, and it holds the charge for a long time.
