Battery and the new replacement would not charge. Now waiting to receive power pack and cord to see if that is the problem. If that doesn't work, then I'll be sent a new one. I have problem with small screen. I have to enlarge the icons on the desktop, but then that makes webpages too big, so I have to adjust that. It's constant battle to get webpages to fit properly on the screen. But if reduce desktop to default, I have trouble seeing them. Keep in mind that my vision is not the greatest so this might not be a problem for others. Also, sometimes when I've bought something, the checkout comes out with distorted markings and it looks like gibberish. I do like typing on it because of the compact keyboard. Not bad for a starter laptop or for a college student because of it's compact size but it is not particularly light weight. Sometimes you have to hit a letter twice to get it to type or twice and with a heavy click to get it to navigate to where you want to go, which is incredibly annoying.

3 days after the two week guarantee, it didn’t hold a charge, because of a bad connection inside the charging port. Took it back to BestBuy on a Saturday, the warranty ran out on that Thursday. Had to buy another computer, so I did. They got another $550 out of me. Went home and tried to open the computer up, but all the screws had been stripped from prior repairs. I’m contacting the BBB.

Laptop will not charge unless plugged in which is very inconvenient

Had some trepidation about buying a refurbished laptop but needed one that came with Windows 10. Didn't need to worry. Good condition refurbished laptop. Other than one key that sticks, everything seems good. No obvious signs of wear

This was a great laptop for the price and for it to be refurbished. It came with everything I needed to be able to write code and it really helped me with school as well.

Unit failed after 3 days. Bad SSD. Tech support was very helpful. Drive was replaced and laptop is working well. Performance is very good. Meets my expectations.

So been a great laptop!! Would definitely purchase refurbished again!

The screen is damaged, the computer was from another country. Not worth the money I paid

I purchased this computer for my school work and it's very easy to work with and it's fast to load up pages.

Very nice laptop for the price. I needed a new one for personal use and my son researched and found this one. Super easy setup, especially for someone who’s not very tech savvy.

Not user friendly or compatible with school apps. I have had multiple techs work on it and none of them can figure out why it isn’t comparable with webex. Just get a Mac book.

Good laptop for wife. SSI Drive with 8 g ram. Good value for the money.
