I was very happy with the quality of the laptop. I did not purchase the set up package, but it was very easy to set up. Works wonderfully so far for our needs.

This PC has all the necessary requirements for use in a light office situation, which matches the need for the purchase. Startup was easy and simple. Unit was being used in a very short time and has been well received.

This refurbished laptop looks like new. No scratches at all. I had no problems setting it up. I have been using it for about a month now and have had no issues with it.
I would recommend this to a friend

A very good product. High ram capacity and durable. Didn't know it wasn't touch screen. Would have liked it to be a touch screen. Though good for the money.

I hadn’t even had this laptop for a month and it quit working on me. I’m all about HP and trust Best Buy but dang.
