    As for the Best Buy process time and shipping was excellent and slightly ahead of schedule but as for the product itself I don't know if I should be disappointed in HP or the Geek Squad that refurbished this unit it turned out to be so much louder and slower than any unit that I've purchased from HP this was the 4th one that was just to be used for light duties and internet. I've only added Bitdefender 2017, Google Chrome & Firefox while being hardwired connected and it moves like 2000! I'll go back to only buying new only or nothing! Best Buy is still good to me.

    Everything worked as expected, it was easy to set up and operate. It seems to be plenty fast for what I need for a home computer.
