    I am very pleased with this computer. My old computer was 14 yrs old with Windows 7. Now I have Windows 10, and I am learning along the way. The only drawback is not being able to add my printer so I will be calling the Geek Squad next week!

    Everything listed as promised, in great condition. Tower looked brand new. Has the speed and storage capacity needed for personal needs without a ton of software that one will never need or use. Would recommend purchasing a refurbished computer to anyone.

  • Hard drive crashed

    I purchased this computer in may, the hard drive crashed in October. took it to a friend who does repairs to find the hard drive couldn't be reset. Best buy, HP, & joysystems.com did nothing but try to send me to each other. threw the computer in the trash & bought a Lenovo from office max. don't waste your time or money !!
