A: I'm pretty sure this was an omission on the seller's part. Take a look at https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03345460 for the specs. Minitower, I believe. Lists Expansion slots (3) PCI; (1) PCIe x1; (1) PCIe x4; (1) PCIe x16.

A: Usually the integrated graphics will only support one monitor. To get dual monitor support, just buy a cheap PCI graphics card. I just got an NVidia GT 710 for $33 at BestBuy last week, and it's great with dual 23" monitors, plus boosted my gaming graphics a bit (on lowest setting in the games, but still).
