I'm pretty sure this was an omission on the seller's part. Take a look at https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03345460 for the specs. Minitower, I believe. Lists Expansion slots (3) PCI; (1) PCIe x1; (1) PCIe x4; (1) PCIe x16.
