It worked well, but I didn't use up the original ink before the Service 49 error. It won't factory reset, so it's useless.

After struggling with another brand for the last 2 years, I decided to give this a try. Glad I did. Easy set up, stays connected to the wireless, print quality is good and reasonable footprint. Scanning is a snap. The old boat anchor will be gone as soon as the toner runs out.

Very impressed with what we get for the price. Printer is quick, good quality, and it was easy to setup. I bought this for my Mom to use at home. It may seem overkill but we got tired of ink drying up all the time and having a hard time finding the replacement ink for a decent price. I realize toner is a lot more than ink but this should last MUCH longer. It is also a much better scanner and copier than most inkjet printers which she also uses.

Great value on this refurbished printer. It came in the original box and looked as though it was brand new. Saved a lot of money vs buying brand new. I’ve owned it for a while now and it’s so much better than a normal inkjet printer. Although you’re not going to be able to print on glossy photo paper, there’s no maintenance required to this thing like there is with an inkjet. I would recommend this to anyone who either prints a lot or not often! Just because an inkjet will go through a ton when used a lot, and this won’t clog-up if you leave it sit for a while in-between jobs. Also works just great with my iPhone for wireless print jobs! It can connect to 2.4 and 5ghz WiFi networks.

I got this as a refurb. I was hesitant at first, but after over a year now, have had no problems and I am very happy with it. The single best feature for me is the built in duplexing. This works great for printing manuals on 3-hole punched paper since I work from home. I also use of the scanner/copier functions quite a bit. It's just an overall great asset to a home office.

Printing and copies look good in B & W, as well as in color. Easy to switch from color to B & W to save on costly toner. Integrated well with my HP laptop. I have not yet been able to scan 2 sided documents. A bit noisy. Wish the secondary paper tray accommodated more paper.

This HP wireless laser printer has excellent features including copying, scanning, and faxing - plus you can print from a variety of mobile devices. In print mode, the HP laser printer provides great color details. All print projects are completed fast and efficiently.

This all-in-one is a working machine! We use it almost daily and have had no issues. It’s user friendly, the print quality is fantastic, and the supplies are not outrageously priced. Couldn’t ask for a better printer copier scanner.

Very fast response to the wireless printing at home because of Wi-Fi protocol it supports. I purposely got this cdw model for 5ghz support. And is working out for me as the best printer ever. Color printing is also really good. I use the scanning feature alot on this to minimize the stash of documents and paper feeder for scanning works great and is very fast. I'm able to scan 20 pages using my phone App for HP printer in less than a minute. And shred those papers afterwards if I don't really need them.

Purchased this HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281cdw about seven weeks ago for almost half the regular price and is working great! There was a small cosmetic flaw on the surface of the scanner's output tray. Setup for printing via WiFi was easy. Purchased the extended warranty but so far, have not had to use it. Print quality is excellent for both color and b&w. The HP Smart software for scanning, copying and printing is well designed and intuitive. This printer replaces our Epson WorkForce multi-function inkjet printer and am so glad to get rid of the Epson.

Purchased to use in Office environment. This is a refurbished model and only owned for less than a month. So far, so good. The refurbished model is about $120 less than when purchased one brand new. We will see how it hold up over time. The New one in service at a different store has been used pretty hard, and it has held up well so far. However, the other store's LaserJet Pro MFT M281cdw Color Wireless was purchased brand new. So far, we are satisfied with both units.

I have it in my closet below a shoe rack. Works great, especially HP Print app for android. Works great with my laptop, all wireless.

The setup is a breeze and it comes with toner already installed. The app is very intuitive and easy to use. Print quality is just what I needed.

So far I have been pleased with this refurbished printer. It prints very fast; it does have lag time from when print is selected—just know that. My son set it up for me so I cannot comment in ease of setup.

HP makes great printers (in my opinion), and this model is no exception. The refurbished printer I purchased appears new. I've been very pleased with the performance, in terms of output quality, speed and relatively noiseless operation.

Arrival and setup were as described. Once I followed the instructions it all worked fine. I did need to download the updated drivers to make it print double sided, then it was fine. Print is crisp, colorful, clear. No complaints.

The unit came perfectly boxed. I would have never guessed it was refurbished. Perfect, even smelled new. Easy setup. I’ve been using it daily due to teleworking during the stay at home order. Zero problems. Clear tints and scans. My best purchase in awhile.

It seems to be slower on the interface with WiFi network than previous HP ink jet. Does print faster and as a laser, much more efficient on ink.
