Decent PC for the. Does what it needs to for what I need.

Slow, that's all I can say about it, I am not happy about that. Other than being slow, it is fine.

Simple to set up, user friendly but a little slow but will be used by my mother and it will do everything she needs

This computer is a lot slower than I thought it would be, but I bought this mainly for school work so it's not that big of a deal. If you just need basic functions like email, internet and MS Office it's great.

I got this computer for my mom so she could play games, read papers and articles. Also some research. I saw that there are external hard drives you can buy now that are easy to add. So of that time comes, I can buy and add one. Mom loves it.

Be aware that you will need a HDMI to VGA converter to connect monitor

Needed new computer to do basic internet, emailing, etc. Don't particularly care for Windows 10, my old computer had Windows 7. This computer doesn't come with any good office suite software like the old Microsoft Works so I'll have to look around for something suitable.

Easy setup and user friendly. Grandma does email and games so she's happy

Works great but after having it for 10 months had to send it in for repairs, needed a new motherboard. It was refurbished when I bought it I was taking a chance when I bought it and it still came with the one year warranty. I will say that the service dept. was great. had excellent service received shipping info 2 days after calling in, shipped it to them on a Friday and had it back in 2 days (Monday) EXCELLENT SERVICE.......

For face book and e mail and easy gaming and searching stuff on line it's good ,I don't regret buying it.wireless and hdmi port ,that's hard to find in PC for this price.

I like the fact that this is reasonable computer yet can do the basic things I need. Sometimes you need to sit at a desk and do your book keeping etc. This allows me to do so at low price. Very fast machine.

This computer is not worth the money, please save yourself the frustration and a spend a little more and upgrade to something better. It's ridiculously slow, and for that price I imagined it would be but not to this extent. HP shouldn't even make computers this slow, it's absurd. Initially when I got this computer I had to call HP because it didn't work since appearantly a wire got disconnected in transit and I had to unscrew a brand new computer while the technician walked me through what to do. It was for my 12 yr old son who has much more patience than I do and even he was annoyed by the amount of lag it had. I had to return it and we purchased a Mac instead although I didn't intend on spending that kind of cash we are very pleased with the performance and I'm sure anything is better than this computer so think twice because I wouldn't recommend it.

Purchased as a backup to my HP ENVY 750-114 and computer for grand kids. Not the fastest but it works.

Our old computer was on its last legs and we had a keyboard and monitor that were fine so buying just the computer was an easy and thrifty choice. We are not very computer-literate but it was easy to transition and install and going online is so much better now, and faster. This was a good value, too. Very happy with our purchase and Best Buy experience.

I liked the tower I bought. Does everything I need. My only complaint is that it had no sound, so I had to go buy speakers for it today.

If you are using this PC for normal necessities like shopping, activities, home-financial, bill-paying, or for a class assignment/homework PC, this is the perfect computer.

The first one had a defective DVD drive. The replacement is great. Best Buy stood behind the problem.

I like this desktop. The look is sleek and the size is just right.
