Disappointed

Only had this for a little over a year and the hard drive went bad. We only used this pc about two to three times a week just to browse the internet. It ran slow from the day we set it up. Will not purchase HP again!

Great computer for simple needs

I check e-mail, look up items on the web and listen to music. I do not game. I upgraded from Windows XP and Vista and I love the new Windows 10. Had no problem learning and using it. Find it much easier and faster than the old ones.

Don't be fooled by the big name HP
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HP cares more about the name than creating reliable products, this is my second PC by HP and both gone bad within less than 2 years. The motherboard on the slimline PC burnt with very light use, and HP does not even support their products, couldn't get a motherboard that matches the model, HP does not have the part! So I ended up trashing an almost brand new PC and wasted over $300, never again will I buy any HP products, stay away from HP, they do excellent marketing but very poor products, I never had an HP printer that lasted more than 2 years.
