Here's the deal: This laptop is fantastic. Over the last two years or so, it has aged just fine! The only part that has become outdated, really, is the processor, but it is still plenty fast enough for my day-to-day needs. On the other hand, the hinges suck. One of mine has become more and more bent (so to speak) over the last two years of daily use. The laptop gets unbearably hot while charging and in use. The 4k panel is clearly an earlier 13in model and it has a strange diamond texture (but you can only see it from very close up)... and, perhaps worst of all, there is something wrong with the shutdown feature (on the hardware side). The OS will shutdown just fine, but the machine will stay running unless I force it to shut down by holding down the power button. Nit Picks: I/O is meager with one USB-A, and I don't like the way the right hand side of the keyboard is set up! I have accidentally hit 'home' far too many times! Also, that purchase date is dead wrong! I bought this laptop on 8/9/2019 when I started college :)

It is a great laptop, light as feather. Battery performance also very good.

Yes I may have researched for the best laptop, suitable for my personal requirements. But this laptop is absolutely wonderful. I do have an HP all in one as well but, I am more on my laptop now as well. I connected the 2 machines and my cellphone. I am all the way around connected.

Touchpad needs a bit of work. Overall performance is satisfactory.

I bought this laptop for college and I’m going to be using it for a lot of coding. Honestly, you don’t need that much power to run Python but I didn’t know that until after I bought the laptop. Either way, I love how speedy it is and the quick start up. And I absolutely looovvveee the color and design of the laptop. Overall great purchase!
