Here's the deal: This laptop is fantastic. Over the last two years or so, it has aged just fine! The only part that has become outdated, really, is the processor, but it is still plenty fast enough for my day-to-day needs. On the other hand, the hinges suck. One of mine has become more and more bent (so to speak) over the last two years of daily use. The laptop gets unbearably hot while charging and in use. The 4k panel is clearly an earlier 13in model and it has a strange diamond texture (but you can only see it from very close up)... and, perhaps worst of all, there is something wrong with the shutdown feature (on the hardware side). The OS will shutdown just fine, but the machine will stay running unless I force it to shut down by holding down the power button. Nit Picks: I/O is meager with one USB-A, and I don't like the way the right hand side of the keyboard is set up! I have accidentally hit 'home' far too many times! Also, that purchase date is dead wrong! I bought this laptop on 8/9/2019 when I started college :)

Love the speed of this Laptop. Everything is very easy to get around. The features are great.

The HP Spectre x360 is great and well rounded for everything. You can customize it as your own, as well draw and write on notes on sites and for reading too! I can flip it to watch movies as if we’re a tablet or leave it as default as I would with a regular laptop. The only problem I would have with it is that sometimes my mouse glitches and moves different places on my laptop.

I have been very impressed by the build quality and performance. Definitely recommend.

Like the PC but what's up with the light humming sound from the fan? Very first day too! If there is a way to stop this sound, I would completely love my new HP.

Nice setup but a bit pricey. Camera is not great but I think this machine will last for many years to come.

I bought this for a family member as I own the 2017 version. This is much improved. Battery lasts longer, better track pad, and the keyboard feels better to type on. Same great screen. This new color is great and the metal feels premium. Best pc laptop available at the moment (especially since you can't be huawei).
