I love everything about this laptop. Backlit keyboard is a pleasure to type with, and trackpad is very responsive. Had my doubts with the enormity of the trackpad, but now I can't imagine using a smaller one! Don't use the touchscreen much, however, it is very responsive and effective. My only concern would be the weight... it is a little more than I had expected. Besides that, this laptop is a flawless piece of machinery.

I bought this laptop two months ago and very happy with this product so far. It's a little heavier than I thought but it's laptop not I-pad

Really convenient for all tasks, but would recommend adding a dvd/cd-rom port.

If you are looking for a laptop that functions only as a paperweight, then look no further!
Imagine buying a brand new laptop (~$1,200 when I bought it) that is considered top of the line and literally 10 days after your 1 year warranty expires, it will not turn on. According to HP it will cost ~$400 to have it repaired. Top of the line...more like high quality price of junk!
Do your self a huge favor and look at any other brand of laptop. HP does not make the quality of products that it once did.

3 weeks after use, and after using only 3 times the touchscreen cracked for no reason near the bottom frame midway between hinges! Unbelievable!
