It's a little pricey, but it looks great and works like a charm. Haven't had any issues yet, easy setup and the touch screen is sensitive, but not too much so. Like the size for travel purposes.

I have enjoyed the laptop. Screen bounces at times but other than that it has worked great, is fast and easy to use.

The HP Spectre X360 Ash Silver is the most beautiful piece of technology I have ever seen in my entire life. The design and color make it a rare jewel. Everybody stop to look at it when using in public place. Even the TSA agent at airport said "nice computer" when looking in my bag. The hardware is also superb (i7, 16gb RAM and 512 HD SSD). Unfortunately, mine came with a Hinge Unalignment problem. The screen part is not perfectly aligned with the keyboard part. The hinges are at different levels. By being misaligned, the screen doesn't match up with the base when closed. It still works fine but I´m very sad because it is like having a damaged Ferrari. And finally, I don´t live in US so I don´t know what to do.

This is the 2nd HP SPECTER I bought bought. I waited a few months before writing the review just to make sure I knew the machine before reviewing it. I really dislike people who open the box and give it a 5 star ratting before they even turn it on, This unit came with double the RAM and SSD. I am very pleased with both of my SPECTER units and I would buy another on should the need arise. 16 Gig memory runs all my Adobe software like a champ. I can run PREMIERE, PHOTOSHOP, AND Illustrater all at the same time without any lag. I use files that are in excess of 1gig and it all runs smooth.

Reliable ultrabook for a professional student

After spending far too much time searching for the perfect ultrabook for medical school, I decided to go with the spectre x360 mainly due to the high specs for the price. I was worried about heat being a problem but for my purposes (taking exams and using office) the computer rarely even needs the fan. When the fan does come on, it is relatively quiet and efficient. The most significant thing I find disappointing is the interface with HP's pen. I find the pen rather useless since many times it will fail to write and instead will be recognized as a finger, moving to the ppt slide when trying to draw on a presentation. Besides that, the only other issue is the inability to display the amount of battery time left. Although it shows battery percentage remaining, it for some reason can't seem to calculate the amount of time remaining. Other than that, the battery life is rather excellent and will last about 10 hours if moderately using throughout the day and letting it sleep in between usages. It's also great to know that I have plenty of RAM and SSD compared to several alternatives with only 128 or 256GB. Overall, a great laptop!

I've owned this laptop for about a week. I love it's specifications and portability. I've noticed others mentioning Battery life as an issue. However, I've managed about 5 hours, maybe a little more. If it's an issue try lowering the screen resolution from QHD to FHD. Just look at the specifications of this laptop and its weight. Don't expect something with such power and portability to have over 10 hour Battery of constant work, it will NOT have a good Battery life. Good luck finding one that does. I knew exactly what I was getting to and I'm very satisfied.

Purchased on black Friday for great price. Was buggy right out of the box. It ran very hot even quickly. Trackpad was too big, often unable to pick up a right click. Otherwise it's an amazing, fast laptop with a beautiful, distinct look. Just couldn't get past the quirks. Ended up returning.

Spectre is great when it comes to looks and basic performance. When it comes to using multiple programs at the same time its performance is not the best even with 16GB RAM. It has a loud fan, hangs often and gets hot relatively quickly. Overall a good machine but not as smooth with touch screen.

I have multiple desktops and laptops, both mac and pc, and the Spectre may be my favorite. It is fast with no problem handling Visual Studio, Sql Server and Photoshop running simultaneously. The thin, lightweight design and cool black and gold case are definite head turners. I have had this laptop about 3 weeks now and could not be happier.

I absolutely love this computer. I love that it's a touchscreen and can rotate all the way to become a tablet. It's so much lighter than my previous computer. I haven't had a single problem so far. I would recommend buying a wireless mouse to use with it since sometimes the touchpad can be a little bit picky about pressure and where it's touched. I am a teacher and able to do so much work on this computer. I think it's very practical and it has a great design. :)

The specs are great in terms of speed, sound, and flexibility. My only gripe is the heat and battery life. It only last around 6 hours despite the advertised 11 hours setting. That's with zero brightness, Bluetooth off, battery saver, max processor state on battery at 70%, and using Edge as the sole browser on wifi.

My wife needed a new laptop. She's no techie - uses it for work, e-mail, and some internet surfing. Her main interest was that it be a) fast and b) lightweight. I was thinking SurfBook Pro, but Best Buy staff steered me away from that (didn't need to draw on it), and toward this GREAT HP Laptop. Very light, great visuals, plenty fast, lots of memory, and touchscreen. Wife is delighted. Happy wife, happy life. Thank you, Best Buy!

This purchase was made to replace my old laptop from high school. I shopped around for awhile until i finally decided to go for it and purchase a new laptop. I originally went in for a much cheaper laptop but this one was so me! I love the functions and design. It is so light and just everything i ever wanted. I am so happy. I thought my device was defective but of course didn't read the manual and did not first press the tablet mode

This machine is a great power horse with great design and portability. However and sadly my unit came with a defective WiFi card, it connects but all the sudden the WiFi signal drops and you had to reconnect. I applied all the updates from Microsoft and HP. No luck and had it returned.

I was looking for light weight laptop, yet still very fast. The associate at Best Buy recommended The HP Spectre 360. It took me all of 5 minutes to decide this laptop was for me. After 3 weeks, I can still say its a 5 Star laptop. Very Fast!

Very happy with this purchase. Speed is outstanding, love the touch screen and SSD (in place of a hard drive), great keyboard that feels like some of the best desktop keyboards I've used, and the hinges are designed so you can open the laptop so easily with one hand. While I'm not the biggest fan of Windows 10 it is slowly growing on me. I'd highly recommend this computer!
