A great little laptop - notebook size ... perfect for my travels - touch screen works great for my sketches and am exploring digital painting. Hearty enough to run my full photoshop cs and lets me get my work done. This one was the only reliable touch screen that worked with a pen after trying several.

Specs are nice and the laptop is very light, however, it can run extremely hot. I also don't like the fact that the touch screen stops working randomly

Replace my 5 yr old Sony laptop with the X360. It is fast, light and so far after a month of use very dependable. I did buy an external disc drive just in case and have used it twice to down load a couple of programs. All work with out any problem. The back lite keyboard is very helpful.

I love everything about my new computer but I'm still getting used to jumping from Vista on my old computer to jumping to Windows 10. Overall, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE its LIGHTNING SPEED and would choose my HP Spectre 360 laptop over any other laptop (the only other brands in its class are the high end Lenovo or Mac), and I love how I was able to order the gold color trim for the keyboard and body over the standard silver! I am also enjoying how I can literally turn my computer in a variety of ways to use it as a tablet or notebook and also its touchscreen feature -- that is truly awesome! The day I ordered it in person at Best Buy, the manager and a few other employees said that I was getting a truly awesome computer -- and they were right! I highly recommend the HP Spectre 360!

This is the nicest laptop/tablet I've every owned. Very attractive, very fast, not stuffed with bloatware, and has some very nice features like keyboard backlighting. Has some difficulty staying connected to the HP Bluetooth mouse (freezes randomly). Battery life is OK but does not perform to the factory claims - my actual is about 60% of claimed. Screen is outstanding for clarity.

Laptop is surprisingly light weight and has great performance. it has required number of ports for daily usage. battery time is good when compared to other laptops of same category across other brands. touch screen response is also good when compared to xps dell laptop i used.

I have been so happy with this purchase! I am going to school and travel for work so the weight and slim design are great for me. It is also packed with power, speed, and memory. I can have a ton of programs running and it has no problem keeping up with me!

Purchased this laptop to replace older laptop. Can't bet the speed. I've been very happy with this product so far (more than 2 months). I've found the laptop very easy to use despite going from Windows 8,1 to Windows 10. I'd definitely purchase this again.

I like the laptop because it is thin, small and fast enough for me to have multiple web browsers open, Stream videos, and utilize word, excel, and power points. I have only used the 360 degree feature once or twice since I purchased it in 2017. I had a screen protector placed on the touch screen to protect from scratches and smudges. Mouse pad always would go crazy as though someone was clicking on the same part of the screen over and over and over again and I would have to turn the computer off then back on again. I disconnected the touch screen option and I haven't had this issue since. I have had a blue screen with a 'frowning" emoji appear a few times over the years I have had it and it would take a few tries before I could get it to turn back on. After some updates I can say I haven't had this issue occur since.
It isn't very durable, so be sure to find some sort of protective case for it. Battery only ever lasted about 2 hours or so (Battery Life not as advertised) Overall, if you are going to purchase an HP Spectre I would say do the following:
1. Get a really good cover in the event you drop the computer. The cover that comes with these computers are not durable enough.
2. If you use the Sectre for hours per day try and set it to the high energy saving mode or else you will only get about 1 hour of battery life out of it.
3. Don't purchase a screen protector for the touch screen. If you don't like smudges or want to avoid scratches I would suggest disconnecting the feature of touch screen in the setting.
4. HPs tend to get extremely hot! I would suggest a laptop cooling pad under the computer for long usage.

With the 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, it was too good to pass up. Glad we got it. Nice screen, functions, and super fast computer. Every now and then the mouse goes bongers. Sort of moves on its own opening things. Have to fight to take control of and restart. Seems to happen if PC is left unattended and running for a few hours. Not sure if its a HP issue or MSoft issue. Other than that, a great PC.

I use this laptop atleast 8 hrs a day and so far its fantastic. Configuration is great and super easy to carry as I also travel for work.
Below issue is not valid for most users:-
Only issue I am facing now is that when you use Remote desktop connections screen resolution gets weird and there is no real fix for it, i am using lower resolution to over come the problem. So when there is a lower resolution only google chrome works, IE does not adjust and everything is bigger. But this issue
Would have loved to get a stylus for this price as well.

Overall, so far so good. Excellent; bright screen; fast; light; easy touchpad; good battery life. Really, the only possible issue with this computer is its price, but you get what you pay; and here you buy a quality sleek computer.

Product is not heavy, attractive n processor seems to be good.
But within 5 days of use had booting issues. Dint log-in even on safe mode. Also, thr is a faint capacitor discharge sound.
But for all the days tat i used it, was happy with the product.
Already exchanged the product twice for capacitor sound. But this time lapsed return period time, so sent it out for repair with geek squad. Hope they get the issue resolved.
