I chose this primarily because I have had very good experience with HP laptops in the past and I wanted a big SSD hard drive. There was a minimum of crapware and setup was easy.

This is a good product and enjoy the versatility of the unit. Having some issues with windows 10 update continually uninstalls the audio driver despite fixes.

love the style, good battery life, not as advertised, power switch in awkward position, but otherwise great laptop.

I have been using my new laptop every day about 1 month. I am a power user. When I received the computer in home delivery (2 days after I ordered it), I was very happy with the shipping package, it was well protected and the HP computer box inside was in perfect condition, as was the computer. The combination of high speed flash hard drive, touch screen, tablet functionality, and keyboard has been excellent. The computer outer case and layout is very attractive and well done. this is the first computer I have had where I don't use a mouse. The touch screen and touch pad work so well and naturally that I feel a mouse would be redundant. I have been using HP laptops since they starting making them, so I have a good basis for recommending this laptop.

This is a premium laptop, but it comes at a premium price. Fast processor and light weight. I do not use the tablet function so cannot comment.

I purchased this computer and less than 24 hours after purchase it has a black screen. The power button and F5 button are both lighted but no screen. Imagine my embarrassment at my customers location for a meeting and I no longer have a computer for the presentation. Then HP's website help doesn't recognize the product code on the machine and the only way to contact them is through my personal social media (facebook & twitter) that I don't feel I should be "forced" to use to try and find out what the issue is with a less than day old computer.
