This computer is small light and powerful. It is great to take with you not much heavier then an ipad pro. Can do anything you need to do on it and it is lightning fast. Love it!

I decided to get this HP after I did purchase a MacBook Pro two year ago. Except that is a little to hot after running about two hours, I think i made the right choice.

The quality of this laptop feels excellent. It is quick and is used as a desktop replacement. It is light enough to enjoy while traveling and the screen is very crisp.

I really like this computer, but the first one I bought had a serious defect. It got so hot that it caused the fan to run all the time, which would drain the battery in no time. Best Buy exchanged it for a new one even though I had had it for a little over 2 weeks. The biggest problem was the people at HP. Few of them really know anything, but I find that to be true of most technical assistance.

If you are looking for an alternative and want to spend the same amount as a macbook pro, this is your laptop, gives more storage space too for the money.

This computer will do everything I need. Fast enough and plenty of storage (got the 512GB drive). Only need to get used to using Windows 10.

This laptop works great! No issues that you generally see with windows based laptops, and I think the SSD helps a lot for startup/shutdown. Touchscreen works well, slightly heavy compared to macbook air but expected. Touchpad is not the greatest, still needs work but new models may be improved. I believe I got a good price on this laptop, so I am happy.

I love the computer, but hate having to get used to windows 10.. In many programs it reduces the font to the point where I have to go get my reading glasses or expand the email or web page. I didn't have this problem on windows 7, it always maximized the space.. Unfortunately, software programs are not keeping up with sleek computers anymore. I wish I could install W7 on this machine, it would be perfect!

We are very satisfied with our new HP Spectre. It is a very user friendly laptop that serves well as a tablet also. It is light weight.

This laptop is excellent. It runs Windows 10 quite smoothly. My only concern is moderate heating even with the fan constantly running.

decent laptop....love being able to switch from tablet to laptop....slow in the beginning but better now...lightweight....

Overall it's a great laptop, however, it seems to disconnect on its own from the WiFi and then it won't reconnect unless I restart it. It may be our Internet provider, but I've tested other devices of family and friends at the same time and theirs doesn't have this problem. This is annoying but it may be a case by case thing. Overall I'm happy with my purchase but may consider making

The laptop doubles as a iPad type device that can be used in the gym to watch movies. It was well packed and works well.

My wife loves the ease of a touch screen . But when she needs to get work done. She can use it like a laptop.

Purchased this laptop for our son for his engineering program at college. He had a MacBook Air but it was not compatible with his course work and he needed a windows laptop. We were attracted to this laptop because it has the look/feel of the MacBook Air (sleek) and very light but also perfect for an engineering student. We are very happy with this product. It was pricey but we feel it is a worthwhile investment that will last his college years.

The HP Spectre is great for school and travel. Its light and I don't even notice it inside of my bag.
