Speed is not what I expected.

I expected the speed of opening documents and applications to be faster than it is. I needed to reboot the laptop on one occasion as it would not turn on and I've had the computer for only a month.

My Spectre

I use it for business and installed Windows 10 Pro. I did buy an external optical drive and an external RJ-45 adapter. My Bluetooth mouse is a little intermittent and not sure if it is the mouse or the laptop (will test with another mouse soon). Other than that I love this laptop! My boss will probably end up with one as well.

Love the 2-in-1 plus SSD

Had not planned on purchasing a 2-in-1 when I started shopping. have had laptops, and tablets. this pc happened to be a great deal. I am forever poking at a laptop screen as though it is a tablet. now it actually produces results. 100% satisfied with this unit after the first 2 months.

Boot time is so rapid that after you remember the Windows password, it's waiting on you!!!!!. Lightning M.2 drive loads all programs in a flash. Graphics are supurb...USB 3.0 is quick. Best laptop I have owned. Only drawback is that you cant upgrde memory to 16GB (has 8GB). i7 processor makes all tasks quicky. Good job HP!!!

HP Spectre 13 is a winner

I narrowed it down to Apple Air or the HP Spectre and I must say I am totally pleased with my choice of the Spectre. It is great for traveling, at home on my desk or on my lap. I love the keyboard and Windows 10 was preinstalled. IT was well worth all the legwork to make the right decisiion.

Clean design, sturdy

This, with windows 10, I found, is not an issue. You can zoon the desktop icons and text size easily in the display properties which gives the appearance of better resolution. Only grip is that I wish it had a better "gaming" video card otherwise A+
