This laptop is great. I have had no issues with it since i got it back in january. It's fast, portable, light weight & the touch screen responds perfectly. I recommend it.

It is fast and navigates the programs that are installed very quickly so I am very pleased up until this point.

great graphics but typing speed SLOW. Win 10 issue?

This laptop is fast and quick booting. The display is first class and it runs Photoshop for me quickly.

I searched a lot of information to buy my dream notebook during my holidays in USA. Finally I decided for this one. I stayed one more week in USA but didn´t use it very much. Once in my country, started with blue screen errors. They increased in next days. I reinstalled Windows several times at the point that I couldn´t install it anymore, totaly frozen and didn´t start over. I called HP in Argentina and Uruguay to know about the guarantee. NO guarantee outside USA Fortunately I had a friend in USA, I sent him by UPS ($170) and he returned it to the store. Will not buy HP anymore.

Not smooth or easy to use the screen or key pad I have small fingers I need to use two to scroll

I did a TON of research online before buying this computer: reading reviews, multiple resources, computer magazines, etc. All rated this computer top notch! I had this computer for less than a month and I had to return it after spending HOURS on the phone with Geek Squad. I exchanged it for the same make/model of computer; hoping that it was just a single lemon computer. I have had multiple issues with the new computer AGAIN! I have spend more HOURS on the telephone and remote connect with Geek Squad AGAIN. The computer is horrible! I lost a significant amount of personal data that was unrecoverable. Geek Squad tried everything. The data was not found anywhere. I will be going somewhere else to buy a computer. NOT BEST BUY and NOT HP! I will NOT buy HP Spectre x360 EVER AGAIN. I am self-employed and can not be without a computer. I have been more without a computer than with a computer since I bought this computer. HORRIBLE!!!!!! Geek Squad has been amazing!

Excellent laptop. Favorable performance and specs compared to similarly priced alternatives.

Needed a new, small laptop with some power and ability to use in tablet mode. After weeks of reading reviews I went with the Spectre and am very happy with the item after a month of use. My only problem is compatibility issues with Windows 10 in some areas where I use specialized software. Very fast machine, great features and not that 'plastic' feel you get too often. A bit pricey but worth the extra cash.

Nice solid laptop computer but little bit over priced. We returned and got 256gb one.

After buying a Lenovo which kept crashing, a friend recommended a HP Spectre with 8G and 512SSD. So far its has suited my needs nicely with no glitches. The only complaint that I have is that the "on" button is not placed well.

I have Used three different laptop. I say this is the best of all my experience is really good. Its super light weight. I disappointed for its camera quality when you take a picture you can see pixels on it. Sound was not too loud but good enough for such laptops. I say overall I like it.

This computer is used to run lots of videos and holds lots of documents for work. The only complaint is with windows 10. Hate it. My cursor keeps disappearing and Internet use is often annoying. Wish this computer had a different program.

Love it better then most just wish you could get Google play or something. ITunes plays on every apple product why can't Google play? If I want to get a movie on my computer I can't use Google play so I own 2 of the same movie cause I have to buy again.

Great computer. But during web surfing the screen sometimes shows small black boxes all over be place then clears up to loads the pages correctly. Possibly a graphic card issue?

Purchased Apple MacBook Air initially but had never used an apple product before, after giving myself two weeks to learn it I decided it wasn't for me. Next I got the Lenovo Yoga and within a week it was acting glitchy. This is beautifully built, back-lit keyboard is amazing and the 2 in 1 functional.
