Gift for my son he loved it.He is a huge Star Wars fan.He is using it to for school and music.He thinks best gift ever.

As there are many very detailed reviews I will share only my highlights. The laptop is very powerful and Windows 10 is by no means difficult to learn considering I have used almost every Windows OS in the last 18 years (back to 98). I love the Star Wars branding and features. I wish the keyboard backlight could be changed to other colors though, and if I can there is no obvious method to do so. The bootup time takes a little longer than I would prefer and the OS takes a while to 'wake up' from sleep mode. Other than that, I am very satisfied with this new computer.

Love the build of the computer by HP. Really despise windows 10. Have to use Geek Squad all the time to calibrate it, and I'm pretty decent with computers.

I'm a Star Wars fan and a college student. This was PERFECT for what I needed! It helped me during my finals in French! May the force be with you!

This may laptop may not have the highest specs available, but it is a great Special Edition Laptop with specs that are good enough for about everything you would want to do. The Star Wars theme is loaded with wonderful features.

A must have for Star Wars fans looking for new laptop. Ive seen a lot of people talk about switching out the internal hd for a faster one but this one seems fine if you dont have to have the fastest everything. Love R2D2 sounds

I love this. Not only because I'm a gamer but I also love Star Wars. Love the items preloaded on the computer of all the Star Wars.

Was looking for something that I could do small gaming on. Also have the speed to keep up with normal updates to Windows. Love that it shows off the Dark Side. Would buy it twice over.

I do love the idea of the HP Star Wars Laptop; however, I've had so many problems from the minute I walked out of the Best Buy Store with the Software, Windows 10, using the new Edge. I finally exchanged for another new laptop on 12-29-15, after the first one CRASHED AGAIN!!! I still have some of the very same problems, unable to scroll up down and sideways, crashing, stalling, Display Driver Intel HD Graphics for Windows 8 stopped responding and has recovered=happens constantly, unable to save pictures from email=GS fixed, but am trying to work around them. The guys at Geek Squad, Collin-Adam-Chris, tried to redo my mail while I stood there for pick-up. Such nice guys. The Geek Squad Manager who is also an Adam, not such a nice guy, and I would not deal with him ever again. Let's keep my fingers crossed that some of these glitches are taken care of with updates!

The red back-lit keys are good for nighttime work. The Star Wars content is fun. The computer starts up quickly in less than 50 seconds. I returned the first computer to BB because of all the Windows 10 issues and they gave me a new one. This one stops occasionally with Video Driver errors. Maybe all the bugs will be worked out with updates. I would recommend this to a Star Wars fan.

Love the entire design! But ONE thing, when I open the web browser, the font is so small, although it shows it's already 100%. So every time I have to set it to 150% to make it readable.

Purchased to replace a 3 year old value wall purchased computer (you get what you pay for). This one is well worth the price and hey, you can never go wrong with Star Wars

Solid skylake i7. GeForce. The Star Wars features attention to detail is pretty good down to the themed darth Vader power supply box. Only negative is the 5400rpm hard drive. Need ssd, but for under 1k, not bad. Going to swap a ssd in and this machine will scream.

I know that this is a gamer laptop, but I only use it for my basic day to day needs, like my online course work and it's wonderful. Something that I have noticed is that the battery does seem to die a lot faster than my old laptop, but I would only really take off half of a star for that. Other than that, I particularly like the light up keyboard and I'm obsessed with Star Wars, so this was a great find!

This laptop was bought to use for training and it works great with databases and programming. The performance is very good for the price we paid.

I bought 2 of these. The first unit blue screened on me after 1 day. Best buy exchanged it right away. The 2nd unit is great. Fast i7 great for gaming. There's no touch screen capability, but for the price its a good deal. The packaging is cool with lots of star wars scenes. The pc comes pre loaded with star wars icons and sound effects. Great if your a fan.

I got this computer a month ago when my old, refurbished HP started to give out, and I must say this is the best purchase I've made in a long time! I'm a big Star Wars fan so not only is that awesome, but the computer itself runs great; it's fast, graphics are amazing, and it's slim so it's very comfortable to use. I highly recommend this computer to anyone.

Love this computer. It is efficient and has a fun a geeky fun factor. my kids love it as much as I do. it does everything I need it to do in a timely fashion. Very happy with this purchase
