After Best Buy tried to talk me into a more expensive laptop, I went with this little baby, my first choice. It's a great little laptop. It's light, easy to set up, battery doesn't seem to die too quickly, and its fst. Very happy with it.

I was looking for a smaller laptop for easy transport, but still powerful enough for Office applications. This met my needs perfectly. The included MS Office 360 for one year was also advantageous for what I was looking for. The set up was very simple. The only thing I had to adjust further was the sensitivity of the touchpad.

Like the size, and the price, nand the number of USB ports. Wish the camera worked two ways, but otherwise no complaints.

Wanted a Windows based laptop to be able to run some programs and print direct. After using a chromebook for a year, I miss the speed and startup time of the chromebook. Netflix does not stream well at all. Far too many background programs draw from limited processing power and make everything slow and jerky. Great battery life, which is good because it takes longer to do anything. And all I really do is web browse and stream netflix.

Only thing that we didn't like about this laptop was it was not big enough to run Windows 10. The salesman incorrectly told us it had enough space (32 GB eMMC) to upgrade to Windows 10 but it did not because it was partitioned into smaller amounts of storage space. If you don't need Windows 10, then I would recommend it because it started up fast and worked well out of the box.

This is a cute little laptop that I got on sale for $180 during tax free period. I downloaded Windows 10 right away and it installed with no problems. However, I started getting "Not enough space on hard drive" messages right afterwards if I tried to install any other software. I have to keep it stripped down and use Cloud or flash drive for storage. It will meet my needs when traveling and don't want to take my big laptop..

I brought this computer for my daughter who is a high school freshman. She needed a computer just for her English II papers and projects. This is perfect for her and it has office pro on it. The only thing she does not like is how you click is on a pad and it seems to be a bit picky on how and where you click. We fixed that problem she got a wireless mouse and it's great no issues at all. For the price you can't beat it.

I had bought this laptop originally for myself. I actually have a MacBook Pro and a dell, but both are on the heavier side. I also have a chrome book but it lacks the ability to have the windows software. I read reviews online and thought I'd give it a shot for $200. I was really surprised how fast it ran at that price point. It is also very lightweight. Long story short I ended up buying one for my mom who likes to check her email and surf the web while watching TV. She is constantly on it! I will say sometimes she gets frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from the mouse track, but overall good computer for the money.

Good laptop for the price.. I'm a college student and I only use it for school work , I recommend to anyone in school.. not sure how it is on downloads , youtube works well. Speakers are good. The camera is not a good quality I wish I would have known before cause I would of spend a little more for a better camera.. but like I said it's good for school work!

I got this amazing laptop for my high school kid and she totally loves it, is very light weight, has a cool modern color, complete with so many great tools and very compact to carry inside a bag or back back and the best of all is the super low price available for this one, I got it a Best Buy for only $150 and it has been one of my greatest investments for my kid.

This HP Stream is a small , inexpensive laptop and adequate for my needs of email, searching the net, watching NetFlix etc., has Microsoft Word . I was going to buy a Chromebook but saw this laptop at the same price as a Chromebook and chose the HP as it has internal storage, Word and operates like my PC that I am used to. The screen is fine but seems a bit dim to me as far a colors go. Speakers are ok, could use a bit more volume for videos. Could not update with Windows 10, not enough memory. This is my first computer with Window8 and I think it is annoying, prefer Windows 7.

I bought this machine as a way of accessing the internet without having to use my tablet. I wanted to get something that was a bigger than my tablet (easier to see) and allow me to type without the use of an extra keyboard. My old laptop was primarily used just for web access after I got my desktop. The compact 11" size makes it easy to transport, even around the house. It comes install with Windows 8.1 which means there is little learning curve to use this device. There are 2 USB 2.0 slots as well as an HDMI port. It also has a SD card slot that allows for extra storage.
One thing of note...
While this computer acts like a full fledged PC, it's does not have the storage capability like one. This PC would best be equated to as a Chromebook. Everything that is done on the PC is done online. Cloud storage and usage really comes into play with this PC. If you regularly use Microsoft Office Online or Google Doc and Sheets, then you won't mind using this PC. As long as you have access to wifi, you won't be missing a thing.

Bought this for my granddaughter but ended up using it a lot myself during the several weeks I visited her. It is a very nice, light-weight item; easily carried from place to place and performed well during the time I used it. Granddaughter is still well pleased with it.
