The laptop is pretty good. Aittle slow but not slow enough where you want to pull your hair out. I recommend this to someone who is only going to use it for internet research and homework.

I purchased this laptop for a friend and it was the present ever. The price was reasonable and the style was great. Not to big, does everything. Hp's are the best affordable laptops. My friend loves it and so do I. I have an HP laptop as well and i wouldn't change a thing.

This is a cute and lightweight laptop. The screen is small but it would be very easy to travel with. I homeschool and I wanted this laptop mostly to steam one video at a time and this laptop could not keep up at all. I ended up returning it. My 8 year old hp was better than this one.

Very nice, light little laptop that works for my basic needs (browsing the Internet, streaming video and word processing). The included antivirus caused problems with consistent Internet connectivity, so I uninstalled it and just use Windows Defender. Now I have no problems.

It has done its job and seems to keep up with my school work

The Stream is working great. It is as small and as capable as I wanted. Being able to get it the next day at one of your stores was perfect for my schedule. However, Best Buy online did not make it clear that MS Office came with the Stream, which led me to order Office and then to be greatly inconvenienced by returning it.

Perfect for my needs. Great value for the money. !

Lightweight, fully loaded, basic needs are met!!!!

I got this for my daughter after her old computer fizzled out. She loves absolutely every thing about this laptop and I loved it because it was a very nice machine and the price was GREAT! Very pleased with this purchase.

I am an HP lover, and this didn’t disappoint! I Have used an HP for person and work for over 10 years. This computer is so light and airy! Fits right in my bag, and as a mom on the go, it’s easy to use and easy to carry!

I don't like the fact that it runs in Windows S mode. Makes it difficult to download applications. It is also very slow running. I only bought it for convenience because of size, but was not worth the money.

I wanted a simple laptop that I could write on. No frills no thrills. This is perfect. I can access the internet to check email and open word applications to compose a letter. Nice long battery and compact size was a plus.

A good looking laptop, light weight and easy to carry. Unfortunately, it did not work for us. We plan to use it to edit documents on the road. We were able to open Microsoft Word once. After that, Microsoft Word never opened.

This notebook computer fits the niche I bought if for, perfectly. Small and light enough for easy carry and hold, powerful enough to do anything I want it to do.

I really enjoy this computer. It is light, compact and performs beautifully. The only thing I would add is another USB port, but I'm getting along fine as is.

Super easy to use and great price for this pc! I’m a student, so its a great tool for college students that don’t want to spend a lot of money on a laptop.

I use this as a travel computer. It is fast enough for searching, business and basic needs. Would make a great companion for college classes.

We are on our 2nd version of this laptop after the first one died 3 months after we purchased it with some sort of motherboard failure. As long as you are not expecting to do much more than connect to the internet and access Google Drive to do school work this will get the job done. This is a very basic cheap laptop.
