I've had this for about a month, and it works fine. I can have a Powerpoint and browser open with Spotify playing without problems. Not super fast or powerful, but it does what it needs to do. I also like how portable it is. My one complaint is the camera; the image quality is terrible.

It looks nice but is made mostly from plastic, not very durable, and a bit slow, and cheaply made. It is in line with what I expected for the money. My daughter(5) thinks it’s cool and is using it for kindergarten. The cam is ok and the size makes it kid friendly. Battery life is decent and it is lightweight. Screen is a bit dull and lacks brightness. Again, in line with the price. For any serious use, I would not suggest this device.

I love this laptop so much. I purchased it for my daughter and unfortunately she either stepped on it or it accidentally fell, but the screen cracked. I didn’t get protection but until I get it fix, I can still use it with a hdmi cable.

Bought this as a replacement for another HP computer which stopped working after 1 day. Less than a month later, turned it on, the screen was frozen with pixels. Brought it back to best buy ans was asked if i dropped it. Nope. I was very careful with the laptop. I only needed it for one program and I guess, for laptops, you really get what you pay for. Returned it and will just wait for a better deal with a better laptop. I'm done with HP. Luckily Best buy has the extended returns for the holidays or else I would have paid $260 for nothing

I loved this computer at first but it started to lag pretty quickly and the screen went out.

Loved it at first but am having problems with buffering and freezing!! I don't do anything but facebook, shopping, basic stuff and it constantly freezes, says "Microsoft not responding". Turns out it's a NETBOOK, NOT a laptop!! My IT brother says it runs apps off internet. Total BS!! Was not told that, does not say that in advertising and too late to return, only had 2 weeks, been 3. About to call Best Buy for tech support, hopefully that helps. Also, I live alone, older and don't use multiple devices. 3 weeks and already have to have brother work on it. I deleted a bunch of apps and it helpes a lot but still freezes occasionally. NOT happy.

Crap laptop - don't waste your time unless you are desperate. Returned immediately after set up. As slow as dial up.

There are reasons that I use Apple products and this is a big one. I bought this laptop for automotive software that is PC proprietary, I have only run very simple programs on it and now it barely runs. I am very disappointed with the performance of this machine even given the price. It should be able to start up and still browse the web after a restore without an issue, even after a restored it is barely usable. I would actually be embarrassed to try to sell this pile. Not very happy with this purchase and will stick to my MacBooks.

The laptop didnt last 6 month. The screen from the bottom of the top break apart and now it doesn't work. I Will Not be purchasing anyone one. This was properly taken care of to.

This thing is horrible. Says it has touch screen but couldn't make it work, I was in a ZOOM meeting the day after I received it and a participant asked if hamsters where running on a wheel to get it to work because I kept going in and out. I logged into my tablet, problem solved.

Not to satisfy with this only had it since the end of July an now it’s not working , also is very slow

Bought it for my daughter for school at home but it already broke. It fell from the table to the carpet floor and snap in half. I didnt expect too much but from one drop it snapped in to pieces like a cheap plastic toy. So disappointed.

Liked computer, but after one month of light use the touchpad stopped working. The space bar sticks as well. Very disappointed in this product. I know it is a cheap computer, but I expected to get more than a month out of it.

One of the worst computers I’ve ever owned , had to buy a new one as this failed in every level

Piece of garbage, hard drive crashed after two months. Had to buy another.
