I am not a real fan of HP anymore but because of the price point, I purchased a couple of these for graduation gifts. So far, they work pretty good. I haven't heard any complaints from the recipients. I do hate the fact that you can't upgrade the memory.

This is exactly what I needed for school. Love the color and the size, it perfect! It’s not as fast as I would like it to be but with me using it to write papers, it’s great!

At this price point this unit works pretty well. Chose to replace the OS with Linux and its even faster with the current specs.

This computer is great. I got it for my son for the e-learning days for school. It works great. Light weight. Internet is good. Battery life is pretty good. My son downloaded The Sims 4 and it works great. I also added a 34GB flash drive.

I got a work from home position and I bought this laptop to work on. I answer emails. So I pretty much just use it for work, sometimes when I get off work I'll watch Hulu but it's rare, 8 hours on my laptop is enough for me lol. It's got decent sound. It's a great laptop for it's proven if you're looking for something to work on or to use for school get it!

We purchased this for our middle school student for virtual learning. So far so good. It was easy to setup and simple for her to use. Plus she loves the color!

Good product for the price. The computer does freeze from time to time and definitely going to need to purchase memory due to the lack of storage. Great for a high school/ college student, or someone who needs computer access at home for work.

Ii really like this laptop its nice and sleek and has a great color. I brought it to use for school. The only thing I don't like is that my battery dies kinda fast and it takes up the memory and I didn't really do anything on it

It’s a great laptop, but it’s quite slow. I can’t complain because it was affordable and it gets the job done as far as these college papers!

Small light weight laptop. Easy to use. Comes with Microsoft Office free for a year. Which is great especially since I’m using my laptop for school

This was a magnificent purchase. I love the color and it’s so shiny. I would recommend it to anybody. It’s beautiful and it works excellent.

I love my HP! The color is so pretty and it works well. The battery is decent, and the computer is a bit slow, but for the price it is amazing! I work from home a few days a week and it is perfect for that.

I use it just to do online schooling and also for sims 4...it doesn’t run super fast but I wouldn’t say it’s slow either but slower. I’m happy with my purchase.

This is a good laptop! I did notice when downloading google chrome I had to take off S mode (Safety mode) which is a downside. It is a little slow at times. I use it for my business and it gets the job done.

This laptop is painfully slow. Purchased it during COVID-19 for a specific task to do while working from home that could not be completed on my MacBook. To the extent that I could accomplish my task, it works.

I bought this laptop for my kids while remote learning . It’s an excellent computer for their schooling. Affordable and easy to use.

It's ok for working remotely from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. It's super slow. I would recommend getting additional storage (flash drive or hard drive) .

Laptop is light weight , and a nice color but it seems to run slow .... like if your searching something or doing something the computer responds slow

Wish I could give this laptop zero stars. I bought two of these for my boys to use for their elementary remote education thanks to covid-19. I realize that these are cheap laptops, but I had no idea just how slow and terrible the performance would be. Looks fine on the outside, but that's about it. Definitely, definitely would not recommend if you plan on using this for any type of online school. Even just opening a YouTube video took so long not to mention trying to do multiple things is completely out of the question. It lags, video quality is terrible, the processor just cannot keep up with hardly anything. It is a better use of your time and money to invest a little bit more and get a laptop with a much better processor. Wish I'd looked into it more prior to purchasing, but luckily I'm within the return window and both of these are going right back.
