    cool phone

I replaced my Blackberry with this phone. I now have 2 HTC phones, one for business and one for personal. This HTCOne is a pretty cool phone. It is built very sturdy although I still bought a case and screen protectors for it. The design is sleek looking and I love the larger screen. The memory is larger than my other phone (EVO) which is great because now I have more avail space so things run a little faster and I have room for things I didn't have space for before. The 24GB avail to me is plenty but if you need more than that there's no room to expand that since it doesn't allow for an SD card. It can do some pretty cool things in the picture department and the pictures and videos are phenomenal in HD. The only problem there is that the HD files are too large to share by any method (text, email, etc). I wish that the pictures taken in HD were smaller or that the pictures taken in regular mode looked like the HD pics. But even still, the pictures/videos are still better than the others. The sound on this phone is extraordinary. The biggest issue for me is the battery life. Its supposed to have a larger battery than my EVO but it sure does seem to me like it runs down quicker. That is the only reason for the 4star rating. But I think I may have something not set right on this phone or maybe one of HTC's pre-loaded programs is running/loading in the background and running it down. One other great thing about this phone is the support (free) that you get from HTC. Just call them and they will help with any issues (settings, features, accounts, syncing, etc) you have with the phone (except of course if it is service related). All in all this is a phone worth all the hype.

Can not say enough good things about this phone. Easy to use, never any issues with this phone , Great battery life, and I'm on this thing all day long. I use it for my job, it's the best tool I own. It never lets me down, the camera is great....but as a audio player, hands down the best on the market today. I love all HTC products, but the One is by far superior.

I love my phone. In comparison to my HTC Evo, which I had for quite some time, it is much better. However, there are some things I wish I could get back from my old phone. The ability to change batteries in the Evo was great - the HTC One dies within a half day, I have to charge it regularly. It has died on me while I was using the GPS, even while it was plugged into a power source. I also wish I could change the color of the font on the home screen. Otherwise, I love Beats Audio, and the picture quality is great. The phone is very user friendly, it took me no time to figure out how to use it. Overall, a good phone I would recommend for those who like Android/ Google friendly phones.

This is the best android phone you can buy to date. The phone feels amazing in your hands and its solid. The camera its easy to use and works well in low light indoors for a phone camera. The battery last really all day with moderate usage. I never have any slow down and the tv remote is a nice feature. For the $100 price on contract you can't beat it!

the camera is the best feature I have put pictures from other new phones side by side mine won every time. the battery dies just like with all the other smart phones. it does scratch kinda easy but it can take the abuse and keeps running perfect (other than the scratches). easy to navigate. sound is great...love beats audio. and I love the stylish design and the fact its not horribly big.

The HTC One has stepped up from all other previous model. Beats audio makes the sound crisp, and clear for on call purpose. The phone feels very sturdy in hands, good size, and very quick so far no drags. Battery life is not so good. Definitely have to charge the phone before the end of the day. Best if keep an extra charger. Over all great phone.

I extremely happy with my purchase, the price was right for all the features this phone has. I have bigger hands and find this phone very comfortable with my grip. It is very nice having a larger screen, had an iphone 4s, was contemplating the iphone 5s but really wanted a larger screen and went with the HTC ONE glad I have. It has taken me some time to get used to the android os but I am starting to get familiar with it. This has been a great phone.

I love this phone because all what is advertised about is true. It is stylish. It is not plastic like the S4 and has better organization tools. The speakers with beatsaudio are amazing. The battery lasts all day. I used to have a charger at work for my previous HTC and I do not need it anymore. The storage capacity is very good, I keep on downloading apps. I do not even need a TV remote any more if I lose it in the room I have my phone to change channels. You have to learn to use the Zoe feature to take pictures and be able to remove objects from your pics. But everything is cool. I cannot see something that this phone is missing.

The summary title really says it all: this is by far the best phone I've ever had. It looks great and performs great. I haven't seen any lag whatsoever in executing applications. I never have to use flash in interior shots -- the camera works very well in low-light situations. I never liked to use headphones or ear buds for listening to music, but now I don't have to -- the sound is surprisingly good for such a small device.

Large screen makes for easy operating; however, the home button sticks sometimes and I have to press it multiple times. I assumed the sound would be amazing, but my expectations were not met...it is fairly descent, but not as advertised. Battery is fantastic and lasts 2 days easy.

Was very happy with series of Samsung phones up to the Galaxy S3. Had upgrade coming, checked out Galaxy S4 first then the HTC One. In bright daylight found HTC's easier to see. Then compared sound and found the HTC front speakers capable of listening without headphones like a portable radio, and speaker calling volume is much better. The "Beats" audio through the headset very good, and since I listen to music and radio a lot this is a real advantage. Like the aluminum case better than the thin plastic of the Samsung, but it still needs a case. Battery life is great. It was a good choice, a couple of months later I am still happy with my HTC one.

I needed to upgrade my four year old HTC Evo 4G, which I really liked, and wanted something that wasn't enormous, like so many new phones. There weren't many options, so I stuck with what I knew and got the H7. It's a little bigger than I would have liked, but it seems I can't get anything smaller, other than the iPhone, so, oh, well... I had some trouble activating it, which turned out to be a problem with my carrier, not with the phone, but once activated, it worked great, The display is very nice and the sound is amazing. The battery life has been excellent. My major complaint is that the virtual keyboard used for text entry is too small for my larger fingers (the Evo 4G was great in this regard), leading to a lot more typos than I'm used to. But if that's no issue for you, then I can recommend this phone with no other major downsides.

This is a powerhouse Android phone. IMHO the best of 2013. I got my HTC One in Red (a Sprint exclusive) and think the design and color are outstanding. I have always been a fan of Android and HTC phones and moved up to this phone from an HTC EVO 3D. This phone not only looks great but performs extremely well. I love the bright HD screen, Beats Audio, the dual front facing speakers, Zoe and the great camera. HTC Sense 5 comes with some nice improvements (sans BlinkFeed which I do not use and largely ignore).

I have been with HTC for years, my last 8 phones has been HTCs and I think they make great phones ,I didn't know if I would really use the blink feed but after I got it I can't get enough of it, I ready and catch up on my news and Twitter feed .. I also love using Zoe to make little movie clips with friends and family .. And having duel speakers is always a god thing , I never miss hearing a ringtone , boom sound was very nice touch .. Most new phones out today all do the same things , HTC decided to change a lot of the software and how we interact with our phone.. I love my HTC ONE

This phone is excellent! I've used Android since the beginning. This is by FAR the very best Android experience. I expected to hate the new Sense UI with BlinkFeed, and even thought I may have to root the phone in order to get rid of Sense and BlinkFeed. I could not have been more mistaken! BlinkFeed is very convenient! It's easy to customize, and only has the info you want. It's an excellent home screen. The rest of the Sense UI is equally intuitive. There are minor tweaks to the vanilla android settings, all of them improvements. I currently use vanilla android and Samsung's touchwiiz, as well. I also have experience with Motorola and LG. Sense is definitely the very best of the bunch. This has become my daily use phone. As a person who gets three or four phones per year, I feel this is high praise. I have purchased these phones for my teenagers, as well. With the high quality audio, the gorgeous 1080p LCD, and speedy CPU, this is definitely a winner for all of us. The newer m8 is a definite improvement, but for the price, you simply CAN'T beat this phone on Sprint. This truly is a Best Buy. PS, I will never get a phone from anywhere but Best Buy again. Easily the best purchasing experiences I've had. I used to chase the deal$, now Best Buy has won my business for each and every phone purchase.

Great battery life and speakers. Screen resolution is great. I do.think there are some perks.to the Samsung galaxy 3 that are cooler, esp in the camera department and alarm features, but the HTC One looks nicer.
