This phone can be customized to your liking with the downloadable themes . The best speakers I ever heard on a phone. It supports up to a 2TB Micro SD card. The camera had some trouble with software issues but HTC fixed the problem. Now the camera takes amazing pictures! This phone is fast and reliable. The available ram stays around 2GB with the operating system and software running. So the phone has no lag at all! Coming from the Note 2 I'm very impressed and don't think I'll ever go back.

Suffice it to say, I have played with the major contenders, this one is by far the best for my preference. I wanted to lose the strings that tie down the major phone supplier, I didn't get quite enough freedom from their biggest competitor, but this phone seems to allow me to do what I want, when I want. Only 2 cons: No reliable waterproof case, and the curved back leads most cases to not have rubber outside (the phone slides around on everything unless it is placed face down). See reviews of the HTC case if waterproofing is a requirement for you. Unless something terrible happens, I would definitely recommend this and purchase this manufacturer again.

I have literally had every HTC phone Verizon has ever carried and each has just gotten progressively better and better. I love the simpleness of the Sense engine and its easy integration into android much more stable platform then having to build hybrid components in ASOP. Overall just great a phone the move from Beats to Dolby was one of the best calls HTC has ever made. I charge my m9 every other day and the rapid charge normally works in about an hour. Best phones ever.

I've had every HTC phone since the incredible and the m9 is the best yet. I have no issues with the sound quality in calls and overall the Dolby music platform sounds way better than Beats. The battery life is amazing and the smart lock feature is a godsend at the gym. Camera focus has a little lag but its not too bad.

Much better than my s4. I love the front facing speakers and the two modes (theatre and music) that change the way it sounds. It's a very nice looking phone that I have gone case less for due to the HTC Uh-Oh protection. My only criticism is that the phone can get really hot at times.

I have been with the HTC line for a while and I am glad I didn't switch over to any other phone. This phone has a great battery life it last me from 6 am when I wake up to 11pm when I go to bed. The camera is my favorite part. Pictures are clear and crisp. Overall it is a great phone.

This is my 3rd HTC phone. I love my new phone! The M7 this replaced had camera issues, however this phone's camera is awesome. Sound quality is good also. It is very easy to use, not much transition from the previous model.

Upgraded from a Samsung S3 and have no regrets. I don't understand why a lot of phones have the speaker either at the bottom of the phone or in the case of the S3, pointing out the back. It makes it difficult to hear. The HTC one has dual speakers, one of which is where is should be, at your ear.

The camera is amazing as well as the ability to personalize and use apps with ease. This truly is a tiny computer inside a phone!

The phone is very fast and responsive. It never lags and has the most user friendly system I've used yet. Great mail app,slick messaging integration and really nice music interface. Camera might not be nearly up to the S6 level, but is good enough and you'll never run out of space because you can add an SD.

First it feels great in your hand, solid and not cheap. Screen is bright and sharp. Battery life has been way better than I expected. I have not had any complaints yet. Download Sure Remote for a better app.

Great features, good size, good battery life. The only thing about the battery is if you use power saving mode during texting, talking, and listening to music periodically turning off the screen it will last a long time. Even at 15 percent just texting and using power saving it lasts long, but if your doing anything that requires the display to stay on long periods of time like web browsing your battery drains fast, but I always have a Bluetooth connected so that could add to my drainage. Other than that fully customizable, but to really get the full customizing experience you have to use themes app, personalized through options, and I wish all the personalizing options where in one place. Takes time to figure out everything and I'm 3 1/2 weeks in still doing so. 6.0 dropping soon. #Truekingswillreturn

Recently switched from the galaxy s5. It's a very comparable phone. Great battery life, amazing camera.

I've been a die-hard HTC user from the EVO 4G and then the One M7 and the M9 is AMAZING. So much faster! If you're a hold-out M7 user, I highly recommend an upgrade today.

Solid phone, feature packed, gets hot sometimes like my M8, but the battery does last longer. Camera is way better, but i think they removed the duo lens.

I love the new M9 I wish I had this years ago. It's solid, and built to last. The only downside is everyone wants it, it looks and feels very expensive, and solid. Photos are super, and the battery lasts a long time. One thing I really like, when traveling, the GPS is really fast and very accurate.

I have a a few HTC Ones In this line. Always a great phone, runs beautiful. Easy to use and customize.
