Love this phone. Easy to navigate and great camera!

Even though the HTC One M9 was not much different from the M8, I didn't own an M8 and moved to HTC from a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini. I have not seen the update to Marshmallow yet, but my last phone wouldn't update beyond Kit-Kat, and I have Lollipop running at the moment, so I'm happy. Great battery saving features, some GPS issues occasionally, but I see that on various phones and devices. The next HTC phone will likely be a big hit too. Love that I can use my SD Card!

Upgraded from the HTC One M7. I haven't experienced any of the issues that some other people have with the M9. I'm not a big camera user, so whether or not its as good as iPhone or Samsung doesn't mean much. Like the M7, the speakers are a big deal for me as I use my phone for music when I'm in the workshop. Personally, I love the fact of having a microsd slot.

I love all the features this phone has. From the photo editing options, to the themes you can use, to the amazing photos the camera takes. I'd recommend this phone go anyone and do everyday.

Over all nice phone. Nice features, design. However, not recommended for using long time. Even talking over fone for 5 mins and more cause significant heating. Same thing happens with app usage. It gets heated up very intensely and can not hold fone with bare hands.

Takes hours to charge and then doesn't hold the charge for very long.

Everything is great except for the battery. It dies on you too soon.

I got this phone in clearance after getting rid of my lumia. It's a great phone. I had the M8 and missed it so I got this. Couldn't be happier.

Sleek seeing that fits in your pocket with out a buldge. I would definitely get an appropriate case since it's kinda fragile looking.

I love my new HTC phone, I am not a phone savy person, it is user friendly. Love it..

my m7 was great but had a problem with the mic that the m9 fixed and the off on button is now a better place on the side of the phone i just like the phone

Overall the phone is great, it has upgraded features compared to the M7. The only issue is the sim card, I've had it replaced twice and still have the same issues. It doesn't save my contacts, tells me that it's at full capacity when it has nothing saved, on occasion it has deleted all my contacts. If you get this model get the uhoh plan until they work all the bugs out. If not it will be very expensive trying to find and fix the issues...

this phone works great, and has a great display. The speakers are loud too!

this phone is an upgrade from a blackberry torch, my wife loves her HTC and all the great features that this phone offers her. battery is amazing and the android HTC sense software runs very smooth

the guys at the store were helpful when my neice"s phone lockuot and no one could open it we enden up having to get her a new phone being that she isin suothern cal and we are northern they walk us thorugh everything when we bought the new one and sent it to her your guy at thr folsom ca store are the best
