it is a terrible phone, couple defects so far.

2 years in, Still going strong!

I haven't parted ways with it, since I use the infrared blaster to control all my tv and stereo equipment. The updates come quickly from HTC, and the front facing speakers have made watching videos a treat.

I don't do everything some people might do with their cell these days but I do way more than just talk on it and it gets the job done.

note worth for $250 also

I read camera problems and heating issues but with software update those should not occur. After i switched on the phone and kept for charging it heated up like anything. I did software update . Heating was bit normal but still high than usual. camera quality is very poor compare to M7. I prefer nokia lumia 640 which $30 compared to this $250 phone.
