Easy to put together and decent quality. Rides better than the razor bikes and is completely silent. Only issue is having to unscrew seat to charge battery every time so I added double sided Velcro so it can easily come off instead of the screw.

Ordered November 18th, took three weeks to arrive. Not really a problem because it was a Christmas present. Assembly wasn’t bad. I was shorted two M6 studs need to attach one of the foot rests. I ended up running to Lowe’s to grab the hardware. The front fascia requires you to not install the top screws all the way so you can get the bottom screws in then kinda even them out. The battery is old. It was manufactured in March of 2022 and I purchased this in November of 2023. The battery had no charge whatsoever after testing with a multimeter. I charged it and hooked it up. The battery clip is extremely tight to hookup and disconnect. Maybe there’s an easier solution Huffy could figure out for that. The bike only runs for a few seconds with my child riding it. He is nowhere near the weight limit of 130lbs. You have to disconnect and reconnect the battery for it to turn back on then the same thing happens. If I pick the rear wheel off the ground it runs fine when giving it throttle. It only stops after a few seconds of weighted riding. I called Huffy today 12/26/2023 at 3:55pm. I waited in queue and then explained my problem to the associate that picked up. She said she would have to transfer me to another department and if they don’t pick up to leave a voicemail. The Huffy website says open until 7pm? Maybe it’s Holiday hours… I left a voicemail with my model number, a brief explanation of my problem. I’ll give them a few hours tomorrow after their open time of 8am to call me back. Then I’m returning this to BestBuy. Christmas has been ruined with defective electronics and quite possibly a defective almost 2 year old battery.

We purchased this ebike for our son’s 8th birthday, and it was a right decision. He loved the present, and the bike is worth every dollar. It’s sturdy and well made. Our neighbors who saw the bike asked for the referral in order to buy the same, but I did not reveal the secret.

My boy is 8 and loves it. It’s the first thing he wants to do when he gets home from school.

I wanted to love this but it continues to disappoint. If you're willing spend the money for something that will only last 6-8 months, then you should get this. However, the battery stopped holding charge in less than 4 months. Then, after replacing the battery, the tires starting losing air shortly after. Both tires, and my kiddos only ever used it on our neighborhood roads. I'm now, 8 months down the road, attempting to track down replacement tires. Huffy charges $45 for the entire front wheel assembly and over $100 for the rear since the propulsion system is in the wheel itself. Replacement tires are unavailable and there are no tire dimensions on the tire, so good luck taking down aftermarket tire options. So, after 8 months, it's a paperweight. My kiddos are so disappointed and Huffy is unwilling to help with the tire issues. Oh, and even though I'm a Total Tech Member, there's no support from BestBuy either.

My son just turned 8 and a perfect size bike and it has good speed. My son is very happy with the bike!
