    I've tried these chairs in some Massage Envy locations and it's a nice start before going into my session. It's a little awkward to sit in at first and it took a while for me to figure out the remote and how to use it, but once I had it, I felt good when I got up. The heat is a really good feature too. Can't believe I can get one for my house too! :)

    Do not buy any humantouch product. I have owned 2 of their massage chair, $4,500 for the first and $5,400 for my 9500 model. Both broke after 3 years and had to be disposed of or pay to have it repaired, over $1,000. Absolute junk, stay away.
