Here is a look at masculinity in its most unflattering best. It is a portrait of American manhood at its worst. With remarkable performances by Ben Gazzara, Peter Falk, and John Cassavetes of three longtime buddies suffering through the loss of their fourth friend, and their aimless experiences following his funeral, this is a painful, yet honest, look at masculinity in its most embarrasing moments.
