I rely on my mouse heavily. After 2 weeks the bottom pads were easily scratched up and didn't look as nice. Also the Ngenuity software isn't compatible with macOS so you can't customize the coloring. After having it for maybe 3 weeks, it began lagging and not responding properly.

Shut off program and the mouse still works but lights go back to default.

Posted .Hey there! Please keep in mind that we do include a USB extension cable so that the wireless adapter can be kept within 20cm of the mouse, ideally within line of sight of the mouse (especially for certain desk designs).
If you are still having issues in wired mode though, try using NGENUITY (our customization software) to change to the polling rate. If that doesn't fix it, try a factory reset by pressing and holding the mouse wheel click and DPI button until the mouse blinks.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very happy with this mouse, padding's comfortable, responds nicely, was originally very wary of switching to a wireless mouse, but have not experienced any issues with it's performance, if it weren't for the amount of extra movement freedom i have on my mousepad I wouldn't even notice it was wireless. This has become my daily driver.
