It was ok
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its a dynasty warriors game. If you like that and zelda you will like the game, I rated the game 3 because I thought had too much additions to it but it was playable.

Not for me
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game was my first attempt at a dynasty warriors game but I did all I could to like it but it just didn't grow on me. Objectives are very repetitive and I'm not a fan of easily hacking and slashing hundreds of enemies the whole time. On top of that other reviews say it ran better than the Wii U version and while that may be the case the textures look absolutely terrible and render distance is very short.

It's Better on the Wii U!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would pass on this game. It's just extra thick lines and super dark overlays. Get it on the Wii U if you must play it.

Huge Zelda fan...this game is not for me
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you like Dynasty Warriors AND Zelda games, you may enjoy this. It is not for me. Endless menus including a fairy raising sim, confusing battle objectives, and a general lack of variety killed my interest in this game. I thought the Zelda characters could hold my interest in this wave upon wave brawler, but I was mistaken. At least Breath of the Wild is almost here.

A letdown of capability
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own the WiiU version of this game and let's just say that Nintendo should not have released it for the 3DS. The handheld just can't handle the same amount of action as the big brother counterpart. Not sure why the ratings are so high because the 3DS version is nearly unplayable on the older 3DS systems and barely passable with the new Nintendo 3DS.

terrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bough this because I'm a Zelda fan. With that being said this game isn't worth ten dollars let alone fourty. it is nothing more than a hack and slash with Zelda characters. played it once traded it in to game stop for a different game. I was expecting a Zelda and got junk.

Great Nintendo 3DS Game
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an incredible port of Hyrule Warriors from the Wii U. The graphics are quite good for the New 3DS or New 3DS XL. There is an insane amount of content in this game with nearly all of the original games extra content included as part of this game. You will finds dozens and dozens of hours of gameplay with a wide ranging level of difficulties available for you to play through. One thing is this game does play rather roughly on the original 3DS with a really low frame rate and slow down problems. As long as you have one of the New Nintendo 3DS models you are good.

Nice on the go
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never picked up the Wii U version and I just got this one just for the convenience the 3DS has in mobile gaming and the extra characters you can then transfer to the Wii U version. I was already expecting the same repetitive enemy punch & slash combination The Warriors series has by Koei Tecmo but its nice to see them take a spin on a Nintendo franchise especially Legend of Zelda having a diverse set of characters. Playing this on the 3DS makes me want to buy the game for the Wii U just to see the environments and the characters in HD. Only downside is since there are two versions of the same game, it will make me go to the one that looks polished and abandon the 3DS only to play it on that console occasionally. Nonetheless, it is still a great game and what will make it even better is the DLC planned for this title.

Great Game
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you have the Wii U version, this is a great portable experience. More content too! If you haven't played the Wii U version, this one has everything that one has, plus more. Tons of hours of content and fun. Now on the go!

A great port of the Wii U game
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all, you need to make sure you're playing this game on a "New 3DS" family system. I don't mean a new as in just bought system, but a system that has the name "New 3DS" on its box. On the New 3DS this game plays great and adds a lot of new content to the already extensive content available on the Wii U version of the game (all Wii U DLC is unlockable in this game.) If you like the Wii U version and have a New 3DS this game is totally worth it.

An Addicting Time-Killer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been debating in picking between this or the vanilla version and decided to pick this one up around last month. The graphics were guaranteed to not be on par as the Wii U version but the performance of the game was surprisingly great, as long as the 3D is off. I highly recommend this to those who are a fan of this genre, Zelda or just looking for a game that yuo can pick up at any time. P.S. I'm reviewing it off of a N3DS

Awesome Warriors Game :-)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hyrule Warriors Legends is a awesome Dynasty Warriors game based on the legend of Zelda Series. You are able to play as classic and lovable zelda characters hack and slashing enemies with combos and special moves while finishing objectives. This Version is pretty much the definitive version of Hyrule warriors and i highly recommend it if you love zelda :-)

Perfect If You Don't Own The Wii U Version
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hyrule Warriors was a fun game for the Wii U and this portable 3DS version is just as fun as the original console counterpart. It includes new modes as well as new characters. The game does suffer a bit of slowness if you do not own a New 3DS but the game is still playable. However if there was a choice between the Wii U and 3DS version I would choose picking up the Wii U version.
