I have been using the IBI Photo manager for a few weeks now and all seems great. It works with my PC on my Android phone and on my Roku TV. It does not have an app for my Sony Android TV I am sure there is a way to make that work as well I have not gotten around to it yet. For the price and what it can do it is a great choice.

I have yet to try backing up pictures from my laptop, but as far as the phone goes- it’s automatic. It backups even the photos you don’t want backed up. No worries though because there is plenty of room. If you don’t always back up your phone, this is perfect.

Easy to set up and nice to have photos easily transferred onto ibi. Would be nice if could also transfer videos larger than 5gb. I would give this a 5 except that I have some videos that are up to 8gb and would like to be able to place those on this for family to access and view. Other than that is a great item.

This is a pretty nice unit to have for backing up photos. The only negative I have about this is that it took FOREVER to backup my phone. I did have a ton of photos, but still. It took a week of off/on transferring. Overall, I’m glad I bought it. Peace of mind if you want total control over your files.

Purchased as a gift for my now son-in-law. He loves it. He claims that it has room for a lot of photo's and can make and label the photo's by album or file. Pretty cool gift I guess. Very easy to organize your photo's as well.

IBI Application on cell phone and remote access via browser on the laptop is easy and I really liked this feature and it is easy to view / share picture and video and really nice option for back up. I have one doubt - it might be possible that this drive might get discontinued by manufacture soon as it is sold in market at too much discounted price and it might be possible all users who have purchased this drive might get message from manufacturer that they are no longer going to support this device. At that time it will be difficult to view data on the drive as it does not have ethernet connection option and USB slot is there but it is to extend storage only.

Very easy setup and super simple to use. My whole family was up and running in under 10 minutes and shared photos and videos. Has saved a ton of space on our mobile devices.

It was easy to hook it up. It’s easy to store your pics and videos. I don’t know what happens to your pics if the thing dies. I like that is doesn’t compress your pics and you don’t have to request them for download like some photo sites.

Very simple, connect it to your internet , move your pictures and access those from anywhere. It’s perfect way to share your pictures with your friends and family members.

I have always wanted something like this just to get my many digital photos uploaded to a folder where I can easily be access them. I like the fact it can sort photos by date. It's easy to install and to use . I recommend this.

Really nice replacement for Google photos and the images are in house and easily used, without monthly fees

The ibi is great for storing photos off of the phone but somewhat of a hassle for the computer. We will be purchasing another external hard drive for the computer pictures.

This ibi unit is great, it automatically backs up photos from my iphone 11. I was skeptical at first based on bad reviews, I decided to give it at try and I am glad I did. At first, it was a learning- curve, it took a good 4-6 days for me to figure out how to use it, part of the delay was my mediocre Cox Communications internet service, they provide 5 MBPS. I had 7,000 photos and almost 1,000 videos. Once the back up was completed (4-6 days later) everything worked like a champ.

It's good for what it is. Understand that this is not a backup. While it does save a copy your photos & videos, there does not seem to be a way to access your files without logging in through Sandisk's servers and apps. Because of that, if Sandisk's servers and apps ever go down, you may be out of luck with access to the files. The ibi is for managing your photos and videos. It does this quite well. Being able to manage users and folders and things is great. I ended up spending more money on a NAS by Western Digital which basically does similar things as the ibi but is more flexible.

This is great for your photo storage extension from your device...i would recommend though to have some upgrade on the user app on the device...hopefully more options on organizing the pictures other than by date identification but also include or tap location identifiers in the photo file or similar photo attributes like facial recognition to group photos by person identified but overall i would recommend for great affordable photo storage so you can just opt to purchase low storage size phone device

Purchased for wife who takes tons of pictures on her phone. Very easy to upload photos. Does take a while to upload if you have lots of photos on your phone.

Great gift for my wife! Easy to set up and use and frees up a lot of space on devices.

Good to keep photos updated and available to send to others in family. Loads automatically everyday!

A very good product. It was greatly appreciated. Only problem was I could not redeem the promotional item that came with my purchase
