this is my first ever pc and wanted to get something cheap and able to fit my needs. this pc is pretty good considering the price. i bought it to play minecraft and some other casual games like fortnite and genshin. the computer is pretty slow but it gets the job done and runs bedwars smoothly. if you're looking for a cheap pc do get the job done, this is it.

Awesome starter system. Got my girl friend it who's just getting into online gaming she loves it. Runs perfect for what she's playing, Apex, and Fortnite. Will be upgrading the Ram but other than that she loves it.

Packaging and everything was good. Everything works out of the box and setup is easy. Item is misleading. Says 480tb ssd which is definitely 480gb so now I have to buy a new ssd.

Worse gaming pc doesnt support 60fbs on cold war i only get fps10 thats the max you get if your thinking playing cod i don't recommend this

Generally speaking, this PC is great for gaming, it works well! But it's getting 2 star review because of the amount of damage I noticed, and the poor quality of the mouse/keyboard. The components in the PC are also very cheap, but at this price, that's altotally fine. They work well for gaming, just not heavy tasks. (Note: Attempted to attach images, but the app won't let me.) Pros: - Ventilation is amazing, there are 5 fans and magnetic removable grills. The front has gaps in-between the glass panels for air flow - Looks awesome, lighting in the fans, keyboard, and mouse are all multicolor. - Well-cut, thick tempered glass panels allow you to view all of the components and is easily removable. - Setup was very easy, no assembly required, just plug everything in and get started. Cons: - No DisplayPort, only HDMI/VGA. - The internal components are the cheapest bare minimum. (The specs listed are correct, many components are just generally not good quality, like bad soldering, thin aluminum, etc.) - The casing, aside from the glass, is cheaply made. - Mouse rattles with each click (was able to fix this by taping a piece of fabric under it.) - Keyoard is cheaply made and keys get stuck often. (In my case this may be just due to damage.) - Magnetic ventilation covers/grills were not punched out properly, there are filled holes in them. (But they are removable, so that's OK?) Damage/Missing: - Front glass panel has a 3/4 inch crack in the bottom, but isn't too noticible because that's the black part of the glass. Worried that this may spread, though. The crack matches up with where there was damage to the box itself when I recieved it. - Ethernet port was not functional (verified it was not cables, as it worked fine after replacement.) - One of the bottom feet was smaller than the others, making it unstable. (It will wobble if you push it.) - On the back panel, two metal prongs from the outside panel were crudley bent into one one of the USB ports. Panel was also misaligned. - Instructions showed protective foam inside, there was none. - Instructions showed remote for lights, there was none. (Can be controlled with an application too, though. Website says some don't have remotes, only listing this because the paper instructions in the box said it did.) - Missing about half of the metal "U"s under the keyboard's keycaps. Random letters did have it, others did not. The ones that did not functioned poorly. - Many of the plastic keycaps were bent underneath. One last note: I did check if I could repair the keyboard, mouse, and ethernet port with bestbuy themselves, unfortunately I can only return/exchange the entire setup because it is a bundle, and I don't have time for that as I'm starting college in a few days and need the computer ready during that time.

Greatw beginner pc,worked fine for over a year than had to self diagnose and replace the hard drive wirth higher memory and its worked fine ever since. Only thing is it doesnt change colors anymore it stays one color frequency and idk how to fix that.

The computer itself is good, as is the mouse, but the keyboard that comes with the system is awful. Keys are difficult to press down for faster typers, especially the backspace button. There should be a redesign of the keyboard so it's smoother and more functional. In regards to the PC, it works flawlessly, really fast at processing everything and handles large amounts of data well. If you're planning on using it for video editing, it is advisable to add at least 8 GB more memory so the video card memory and RAM usage doesn't bog down the system. I'm intending on adding 8 GB of extra RAM for that very reason. Other than these small issues, it's worth the money.

I purchased this product about a month ago ( May 28 to be more precise ). I had good expectations to be honest BUT it turns out -- this Bad Boy is literally beyond perfect. It totally exceeded all of my expectations when I purchased it. It runs perfectly from top to bottom! And it looks great, and makes no noise whatsoever. Right now I am burning through the rank of Arma 3 game and it's a blast! Thank you IbuyPower! I seriously have zero complaints about it people. Not something that I expected either lol. This is how great it runs.

On 3/18/2021 I ordered an iBUYPOWER - ARC Gaming Desktop - Intel i3-9100F - 8GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 1GB - 480TB SSD Desktop computer. I got it from Best Buy in Waynesville, North Carolina. I paid for it by Progressive Leasing, I used Progressive Leasing many times with many stores. The computer came in two days early. The computer was tower keyboard and mouse. That is what I ordered. The tower has about 6 fans so over heating should not be an issue. The tower is made out of Tempered Glass which is cool to me. The computer seems to be a power house. Four of the tower fans light up and comes with software to change the color for the lights, which is cool. The keyboard lights up as well which is cool but the keyboard has issues which I do not like the keys are hard to use and you ready have to hit them Keyboards are easy to replace and I will be going back to my old gaming keyboard. I like the mouse it lights up as well and it too is for gaming. Over all I am very happy with this purchase but I would tell the shopper to buy a gaming keyboard because the keyboard that comes with the unit is trash. Sure it looks nice and cool but the buttons are hard to push. But if you are a normal gamer like me the computer will work just fine and yes you can upgrade the tower as well to fit your needs which

For the price, it runs well and looks good! I originally was on a laptop and wanted to stream but couldn't. I don't play super intense games, so it does well. If you are looking for a starter PC to game and stream on, I would recommend! Downside, there isn't any Bluetooth hardware installed so buying an adapter is needed!

Upgraded the ram and graphics card for under an additional $200 and it works great. Plenty of room to upgrade but unsure on how much the power supply can handle due to lack of labeling. Good Pc
