This is the 5th iBuyPower machine I've purchased in the last 7 years. It is also, by far, the best one. It replaced one I bought for myself 7 years ago (an I-7 2600K with 16 GB of RAM). All the other machines I bought were for my kids or family members. All of those machines are still up and running. A few have newer model video cards but the guts are still the same which speaks to the longevity of these systems. Right out of the box, this machine looks and feels solid. The tempered glass is gorgeous. Set up was flawless. All the drives were present and accounted for in Windows (some reviewers had issues with drives not showing up). I have read many reviews on this machine and it seems the video card and RAM vary from machine to machine. My box came with an Asus video card and G Skill Rip Jaws RAM. It takes the machine about 15 seconds to boot into Windows and about half of that time is spent loading the BIOS/EFI. I didn't think I'd care for the LED lightning. I've never been into it and frankly thought it would be distracting. Turns out it is very cool. I will sometimes even change the colors depending on what game I'm playing (like red when I'm the killer in Dead By Daylight). Speaking of games, it runs PUBG effortlessly. The temps for the cores will get into the high 70's Celsius as does the video card under load. While not extreme temperatures for a CPU and GPU, they are a little higher than I expected for the cores with a liquid cooled system. I've never had a liquid cooled system before and I can't tell the make of the one installed. It only has 2 hoses if that helps anyone. There are 2 USB 3 ports on top of the machine as well as audio and mic jacks. There are no external drive bays so if you want to a DVD player, it will need to be USB. There appears to be ample room in the case for additional drives. I haven't inspected the power supply. The top of the machine came with a magnetic cover that offers smaller air holes to prevent large debris from entering the machine. It has no effect on air flow and is actually a nice touch. Would be very handy for keeping dog hair out! I am very pleased with the purchase and highly recommend it. I bought it online and went to my local store to pick it up. Effortless process.

This is a great alternative to building your own machine. The only thing that may need upgrading would be the PSU.

A couple months ago I set out to upgrade my under powered $300 laptop. I'm a Youtuber, so I needed a PC that could handle the top games, render long videos, and easily stream to Twitch. After getting a lot of recommendations for tech-friends that I have, this is the PC that they advised the most out of any others Best Buy sold. Spec-wise, this is one of the highest models on the shelf. The iBuyPower Snowblind is a little higher in some regards, but it doesn't have liquid cooling. I've owned this PC for a few months now, and I can say that I've had almost no problems with it. Rendering time on my old laptop was about 5 minutes for every 1 minute of video, therefore a 10 minute video would take 50 minutes of waiting around. Even worse, it would take up all the processing power, so I couldn't do anything else. On this PC, however, rendering time is almost a 1 to 1 ratio. That's insane already, but what's really cool is that it barely puts a dent in the processing power, letting you still do normal tasks while rendering videos. As someone that makes videos every day, this was hugely beneficial. As for gaming, I've thrown a ton of games at it with Ultra settings and I've had no issues. Usually you'll be able to get 200+ FPS on games with those highest settings, too! The color changing is cool as well, with tons of options to play around with. Personally, I like using the "fade" option because it has the cleanest transition between colors, but it's really up to you. I will say that there's too minor issues that a few other reviewers mentioned as well. The first is the wifi. After just a few days of using mine, suddenly the wifi didn't work. I was very confused because the computer said I was connected, but nothing was working. Luckily, iBuyPower has a 1-800 number you can call, and they were able to fix the issue in less than five minutes. The solution is basically unplugging the flash drive that connects to wifi from the inside of the computer and then putting it on the outside ports. Apparently it can be tough for it to get through the glass part of the case. I looked up the price of the wifi connector included, and it's only like $20, so I'd imagine you could upgrade it to solve this issue. The other problem that I've had is the included keyboard. I've seen some people complain about the mouse, too, but that hasn't been a problem for me. The keyboard is far from high quality, and it's very, VERY loud. I'd highly recommend buying a different, quieter keyboard if you plan on using this while someone else is in the room/your recording gameplay with your commentary. It technically gets the job done, but it's oh-so loud while doing it. All in all, this computer is awesome if you aren't too worried about budget and you want something that has no troubles with any programs. There are cheaper variants out there with the same case, but this one is the one I'd recommend because you know it's just going to work immediately. The iBuyPower customer service line is very friendly and knowledgeable as well, so that's a bonus you'll get with this brand compared to others! If you don't want to build a PC but you want a beast of a machine without spending more than two grand, this is definitely the PC you want to get.

I bought this for my photography business. I have loved it! It's really large and takes up space, but that's the only negative.

It included an ASUS card, not NVIDIA, which I'm not sure is functionally equivalent. I may take it back. See attached picture.

it is very very quit cant even hear it run and very fast and you cant beat the price at 1499.00 very happy with it. got it at best buy pluged it in right out of the box was ready to go. with the 1080 graphics card i play gta5 on very high and ultra without a problem.

I like the product but limitation in the motherboard you can not add graphic card just you can do replacement

This PC is amazing not only does it run all my games at ultra settings, but its silent beast i had a gaming laptop prior to this and this computer just takes it to a whole other level for gaming i play, Overwatch,Battelfield 1, PUBG , GTA V and this computer has no issues running these games at max settings The only problem i did have when i 1st open out the box the boot up hard drive was defaulted to a non windows drive so my windows 10 wasnt booting up good thing it was a minor fix to change in BIOS but other than that great PC !!!

This desktop was a great upgrade my old one that I built my self but wanted to try a prebuilt one. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. What a deal also! A 1080 graphics card with a 7700k for 1400 is an amazing buy I recommend this desktop to everyone who needs a upgrade. Plays PUBG extremely well has a MSI motherboard and a MSI 1080 armor which is already a 600 dollar card. Extremley pleased.

This is my first gaming PC that's this powerful and it doesn't disapoint. When deciding to get one, I wanted to go all out and spare no expense. Doing tons of research I landed on this one being the best package deal for those like me who can't build their own PC's. When playing games, it defaults to ULTRA setting for most games which is awesome. When turning off the frame rate lock, I was able to hit upwards of 365 FPS which made me laugh because I didn't even know that was possible! Outside of gaming, it handles every tasks like it's nothing. I had literally 40 windows open in chrome with absolutely zero slowdown or chug. I bought a 4K monitor with it, and it outputs beautifully in 4K. The only cons are: - No disc drive, but a cheap 30 dollar external works just fine. - No wifi card built in, but it does come with a USB wifi dongle. Besides that, I have no complaints so far during the first month of use. I'm not much of a PC or tech guy, but this computer has been awesome so far.

Product has limited usb access. No disk dive. I find it heavy and cumbersome. I am not happy with my purchase.

Bought the iBuyPower TRACE931 gaming PC today and WOW am I impressed. I'm very impressed with the quality and features of the system. Powered on and went through Windows 10 setup in a snap. Smooth running and very quiet. I've been pricing the parts to build a system like this and this was a better buy than buying all the parts and putting it together yourself; the GTX 1080 (8GB) video and 256GB SSD make it very fast combined with the i7-7700K processor and 16GB of DDR4 memory. Love the case with the adjustable led lights, see-thru glass and ample USB ports. Love the mouse and keyboard with the light-up iBuyPower logos. I would definitely recommend this system; a great value for the price!

My old gaming rig was showing it's age and needed something a a bit more modern. This seems to fit the bill perfectly. I don't play the latest FPS games but the GTX1080 will handle anything I can throw at it running dual 1920x1200 monitors. It's also very quite so no annoying fan noise.

Finally bought a system instead of building one after 15 years. Great system for the money. Only issue is the W10 activation key is not w/ the system so I have to contact Ibuy for support. Clean, quiet, neatly built and plenty of power for whatever you do.

First one I got I returned the same day as it did not turn on. Second one crashed a week later and completely locked up. Was looking forward to this computer since it had good reviews, but nope!
