Poor PC PRODUCT

PC was overheating and was unusable. Bestbuy has the worst policies and the employees at the Brownsville, texas store are not trained and understand the policies. It seems that they are not trained because they have no idea what they need to know when a customer asks them questions...this young kid had to go back and forth with a manager about 3 times...i fully blame management because they didnt want to deal with the customer...this PC IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!!

Beware iBuyPower's CPU Cooler

This brand is known for their cheap coolers. Disappointed as I've been a customer of this brand for awhile, and saddens me to see such cheap parts included in this build.

Luckily I got the extended warranty and able to exchange it to MSI AEGIS. IBuyPower uses different brand to build it, but MSI uses all MSI parts to build theres. Way better…

I waited a couple weeks after I ordered it at Best Buy. Once I finally got it home I wasted no time at setting it up. I followed the provided instructions for installation. The unit powerd up but would not power up the provided mouse and keyboard. I connected the computer to two different monitors and my television, but I was unable to get any display. I called the phone number for technical support and they provided no help at all. They gave me a link to watch a You Tube video. I watched the video and followed all the steps, to no avail. I ended up taking the unit back to Best Buy where the Geek Squad tested it and deemed it Faulty from the manufacturer.

Posted .This system come with a 1TB NVME M.2 SSD. There is no HDD that comes with this system. If you meant the storage device then yes it should come with one. If you are able to boot into Windows setup after starting your system up then the storage device is there. Best Regards, IBP Support

It seems like the cpu temp is causing the PC to shut down and now I'm past the return date. Usually I just build my own machines but this time I thought I give this a shot. What a mistake

This is the best Prebuilt PC deal that I've seen.

So for those who're looking to build their own, this is a really good deal, one of the few times where I have seen a prebuilt PC that wasn't a total ripoff.
