Mine arrived today. No cords - no acessories. Just the unit, fine. I open it up to discover that the case is pretty banged up and had sharpie on it to try to hid the blemishes (fine i thought since its referbished). But once i opened it fully up i noticed that its not only refurbished, but super SUER used. the three intake fans and the vents on the outside have visible dust on them. the CPU fan also has dust on it. The gpu looked like it was going to fall out or break. No brace or foam to protect it. I'm going to be returning this to best buy tomorrow. Super disappoint

Kinda screwed me over came with no keyboard mouse or power cable but i was given a partial refund so i got the stuff then i turned out the wifi card was faulty so i got another partial to fix that but everything works now so thats pretty cool

No keyboard, no mouse, no power cords no accessories. Just the unit. Went back into the store and was told I need to work with ibuypower to get it resolved, but the store manager or the Led he was helpful and provide me a Keyboard and mouse , but still both was not working, same brand ibuypower also the Wi-Fi is not the great we had issue with that too, had to but separate one anyway it's a decent PC for the price at this time where you cant find GPU card still working fine no issue so far after all . the only reason that I give it 3 star just because best buy stor was helpful

I received the wrong GPU!!! 1070 instead of a 2070S. The PC came in a box with padding but it seems this was a customer returned unit. The GPU fell out of the PCI-E Slot during transit and bent some pins on the motherboard. Screws were loses inside the case and I had to fish them out. Not happy with this purchase. I am returning this product.

wifi card bad, no mouse or keyboard or power cord. Ram sucks, once wifi/ram upgraded it will be good

Hell yea it's a decent rig yes sir the stock cpu cooler is all that I would say could have been a bit more thought out. Sacrifice some case fans for a decent cpu cooler the i7 can get hot

When I got this computer it was good at first, I could’ve played games at high settings but a few days later it stopped working. It won’t turn on I tried switching cables and everything, since every gaming desktop is sold out now I have to wait for a long time for it to be back in stock; there are gaming desktops but there way too overpriced this was the only good budget system with an RTX 2070 super with a core i7 and 16 GB of ram.

Amazing price for performance. love the 2070 S! great for playing and streaming. Very quiet fans.

Careful with these. Just picked mine up, no keyboard, no mouse, no power cords. Went back into the store and was told I need to work with ibuypower to get it resolved. Then I finally got power cords and it wouldn’t turn on. That’s all in the first 24 hours.

Great worker never complains about going hard putting in work.

I get that it's refurbished and all but you should make it very obvious that this doesn't come with a keyboard, mouse, or even a power cord...I'm dumbfounded that this is being sold without a powercord.

It was sent with no power cord. Who sells something without a power cord??

I have one similar to this its the 2080 super which I'm assuming they don't sell anymore. Went to a local best buy to purchase a gaming pc it was delievered with in 2 weeks or so I contacted customer service because the windows wasn't activating they were very helpful they gave me another code. Overall I can not complain.

This machine is an absolute godsend. It's built amazingly well, zero issues, out of the box, plug and play, ready to go. Could not have been more impressed.

amazing PC but be warned that it doesn't come with a power cord, keyboard, mouse or wifi card.

It really looks great in my room. And one of the best starter pc anyone could buy. So cheap and affordable.
